Voted one of the nicest marché in France. You can buy local food such as socca (a pancake made of chickpeas), pichade (a bread base with tomatoes sauce or barbajuan (deep fried beignets stuff with spinach). Very lively area with lots of bars and restaurants around

Traditional fresh produce market, open daily. Perfect for cheese, meat, wine and local delicacies.

Part of everyday life in France is "going to the market". Menton has several, but the main daily market is here, in a building dating to 1898. It's open daily from 8 am to 1 pm and you'll find it all: produce, bread, pastries, cheese, fish, meat and poultry, flowers, and more.

Come and buy fresh local products at the Marché des Halles in Menton! This covered market is located on Quai Monléon, by the sea and at the foot of the old town. This is a food hall where you can find fresh, seasonal local and regional products.

This market is one of the most beautiful places for local food and typical provencal atmosphere. Not that cheap, but absolutely worth to visit. Try to be there quite early in the morning, it is probably the best to get freshest products.
