The Guardian Newspaper, which compiles the top 10 Gar restaurants in Europe, took the Orient Express, which has been serving in Sirkeci Gari since 1890, in the 7th place. The newspaper portrayed the Orient Express as a “calm paradise in a curcunic station.” The Orient Express Restaurant employs competent chefs who can prepare (absolutely delicious!) vegan main dishes for you. The vegan dishes are not on the menu but you can get them, thanks to a female regular guest from Europe - since the opening of this restaurant she has made the chefs extremely well accustomed to vegan food. That's why I give you the tip: Do not use the word "vegan". Just say that you don't want to have anything of animals in your food - the staff will be fine with that. When you go out to dinner in the evening, you should reserve a table. During the day this is not necessary, you always get a seat.
