Cookouts and softball games are common on the weekends and the park has a great view of Biscayne Bay too. Why go? Morningside is ideal for a nice walk with your dog or just by yourself. Paddleboard and kayak rentals are available on the weekend as well. Head out to one of the tiny islands just offshore and have yourself a picnic. Note: Dogs must be leashed in dog parks

Great for exercising. Park is located on the water and one of our favorite places to take our dog. They have a field where people play soccer and many picnic tables.

This waterfront park has a pool, tennis & a boat ramp plus weekly kayak & paddle board rentals. This is one of Miami's nicest parks; large and directly on the water. There's lots of space for different activities such as BBQ places, a soccer and baseball field and of course fairly long ways to walk or exercise. This is a very open park.
