Vacation rentals with beach access in Théoule-sur-Mer

Stephanie’s place was the perfect getaway for our small family. She went above and beyond - stocking the apartment with not just the essentials, but thoughtful extras like beach toys, sunbeds, and games for kids. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and ideal for two adults and a child. We loved waking up to stunning sunrises and being just steps from the beach. The underground parking was a huge bonus. Stephanie’s care and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. We recommend renting a car to explore the area - don’t miss the amazing pastries at Benjamin Marquis or nearby supermarkets like Auchan and Monoprix. Thank you, Stephanie, for such a warm and wonderful stay. We hope to return soon!

Absolut fabelhaft, wir konnten früher kommen und unser Gepäck abstellen und am Abreisetag länger bleiben. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war immer sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft selbst hat alles was man braucht und ist wunderbar gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

This was one of the best air BnBs I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in many all over the world. The apartment is huge, so clean, perfect location and the views from balcony breathtaking. The host was great from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again next time in Nice. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay in Cannes! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, stylish, and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

Fantastisk boende med magisk utsikt. Trevlig pool, som var väldigt bra för barnen. Snabb kommunikation med värden Florence, när vi hade frågor eller funderingar. Boendet uppfyllde absolut våra förväntningar. Bil krävdes för att ta sig överallt (i alla fall om man har barn), och byn är mysig med några olika stränder och restauranger. Städningen var inte 100% när vi kom, så städerskan fick komma tillbaka dagen efter (vilket värden löste väldigt snabbt och bra). Samt att vi hade lite problem med elen, som påverkade ACn, men det löste sig också under veckan. Som sagt, vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse och rekommenderar absolut boendet, läget och värden.

Nach ein paar trubeligen Tagen in Nizza genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Ein tolles Haus mit einem traumhaften Pool in einer schönen Umgebung. Tagsüber konnten wir gut entspannen, etwas leckeres grillen und am Abend dann haben wir St. Tropez besucht. Karine hat einen ausgezeichneten Geschmack und das Haus sowohl liebevoll eingerichtet als auch alles toll und geschmackvoll dekoriert... man hat sich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Es gibt einen schönen Strand direkt fußläufig, unbedingt die Fahrräder mitbringen, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Tolle Fahrradwege entlang der Küste. Karine hat wertvolle Restaurant-Tipps direkt nach Ankunft gesendet. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Lage war super um zu entspannen aber auch um Unternehmungen zu machen. Dafür haben die Gastgeber viele gute Tipps. Die Wohnung war richtig schön einfach zum wohlfühlen. Danke!

Yves is a lovely man and a gracious host. He is genuinely concerned that his guests are having a great time and he really looks to help achieve this. The pool is so nice and Yves really ensures people can enjoy it in peace and privacy. Strongly recommend to those wanting a base on the French Riviera!

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

Location perfect, easy to find with parking. Stunning old property, high ceilings with views of the ocean, marina and beach. Amazing interior design throughout the apartment. Bedroom very relaxing and peaceful, comfortable superking bed, ceiling to floor window, stunning views. Shower room, fabulous. Key box for property access and parking. We had a fantastic time at this absolute lovely apartment. The location is perfect, with the beach and numerous restaurants right out the front doors to the building. The apartment itself could not be nicer. The views are out of this world. And the living space is clean and inviting. Finally, the host was very responsive and even kindly let us check in early. Great time all around.
