Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Thasos

Très belle maison traditionnelle en pierre situé en hauteur dans le vieux village. Superbe terrasse en hauteur avec vue sur mer et soleil! Logement authentique et genial plus facile pour une famille de 4 avec des enfants de plus de 4 ans peut être.

Villa suited well for 4 adults and 3 children. A lot of space inside; a little garden in front of it with shadow in the morning to have a coffee and two big terraces on each floor to have a dinner. You can see the sea from the second floor. Behind the fence there is a charming olive garden. Kitchen with standard needed equipment including electric stove and oven, but no microwave and electric kettle. Mattress in the bedroom on the second floor was good, pillows were very uncomfortable. There was extremely hot inside at night; there is a fan, but no A/C. Plenty of parking space along the road in front of villa. Surroundings are very quite. Really short walk to the beach. We have travelled all around the island and concluded that nearest beach was the best for the families with children: long walk to the deep, clear water, rarely waves and wind. A lot of taverns around, we liked best “Beba” and “Pefka”. Little grocery shop 50 meters from villa. Teo was very helpful and answered quickly.

Çok güzel ve keyifli bir konaklamaydı bizim için. Ev sakin ve güzel bir muhitte. Balkonundan hoş bir manzarası var. Temizliği ve tasarımı da çok iyi. Ev sahibimizin yönlendirmeleri ve yerel tavsiyeleri de çok yardımcı oldu. Özellikle tavsiyesiyle gittiğimiz Savvas restorana bayıldık. Evdeki ikramlar da çok hoş ve memnun ediciydi. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

We stayed at Konstantinos’ place with three families, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, right next to the sea. The beach and the house’s garden were perfect for the kids, who enjoyed every moment. The host was an incredibly responsive host, promptly answering all our questions and providing excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. We would definitely love to visit again.

We had great time at Thenia's place. It was spacious (we were 6 adults and 2 kids), located very close to the beach and overall close to Kavala and the nearby beaches. Thenia is a great host - very responsive and easy to communicate. We had everything necessary for a great stay. Highly recommend.

А well-equpped, clean and spacious house, situated very close to an unorganized beach (just across the street) and some 30 meteres to a beach with several beach bars. There are also 2 restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. Location was of great advantage to us as we travelled our 2 children. I was not contacted by Jemy before arriving and leaving the house but our self check-in and out went smothly. I have some really minor recommendations but despite those we had a wonderful vacation in Olivia beach house and we would gladly stay there again.

We booked this property for a group of 7, and it turned out to be even more spacious than the photos suggested. Our stay was incredibly pleasant—everything was perfect for us. The kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The backyard was a highlight; we grilled and dined outside nearly every day, taking full advantage of the lovely outdoor space. The house has a charming, authentic vibe that added to our experience. If there's one regret, it's that we couldn't stay longer due to our limited vacation days. The host and her husband were exceptionally friendly and responsive, offering great recommendations for local taverns and sights around Kallirachi. They were always available and eager to assist whenever we needed help. Just a note: you can only park 1 car at the property, but there is a parking available about 3-4 minutes walk time. I highly recommend this place anytime.

Great host and excellent hospitality. The accommodation is very spacious and it actually looks smaller in the photos. Lovely place to relax, private space in the garden, beautifully decorated. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, close though to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Great kitchen to cook meals if you want to. Alexandros went the extra mile to please us and he was, polite, kind, friendly, helpful and with a smile, as well as generosity. We definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay. Thank you for everything.

Marco's mother-in-law Sarra met us on arrival. She asked us to text her when we were an hour away. Then she sent a message 2 say that her husband had parked his car on the busy street to keep a parking space for us. That was wonderful! Sarra showed us round the apartment and gave us lots of info about the area/restaurants/ferries to Thassos etc. When we forgot that the key card needed to be in the slot for the electricity to work and messaged her about it she responded very quickly. She answered all our queries promptly. We loved the apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the outside terrace was wonderful for relaxing on as well as for getting our clothes dried. Once we had moved the car it was impossible to get a space again in the street and we used the paying parking lot on the map which Marco had provided. It wasn't far to walk and cost only about €6 per day. We loved staying here and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Kavala to others.

Peaceful house. There is a wild beach 3min from the house with clean water. La scala beach is 500-600meters from the house. In the city center there are a lot of restaurants with good food. I recommend going with a car or taxi.

We had an amazing vacation in Teodora's house! Great location with everything you will need around you ( shops, cafes, restaurants). The house was so spacious and cozy we felt like we were at home. The whole place was spotless. Extremely clean and well organised! We loved the view! once you close the windows the house gets super quiet and you will hear no nose from the street. What we rally enjoyed was the sea view! Teodora was so nice and welcoming. Extremely responsive!

It was a marvelous stay. The apartment was just as described. Everything was super clean. There is a private parking lot for guests. I thank Avva for this great stay.

The apartment is wonderful—spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. It is a place where you can immediately feel at home without missing anything. Even the smallest detail has been thought of. The place is very quiet and peaceful, but it is also very convenient for exploring the whole island. It is close to the central part of the city with restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Vasiliki's apartment. This is one of the best Airbnb places I've been to.

Мястото изглежда точно както е на снимките - големи, комфортни спални, прекрасна гледка към морето от балкона, просторна дневна и добре оборудвана кухня, външно барбекю, място за паркиране до къщата. Домакинята е много приятна и отзивчива дама. Чистота беше на нужното ниво. Намира се в самото начало на селото, не е много близо, но не е и толкова отдалечено от плажовете, ние така или иначе бяхме с автомобили. В селото има малък хранителен магазин, 2 ресторанта с много добри цени, както и пекарна и магазини за риба и месо. Не ни липсваше нищо :)

Мы с семьёй первый раз побывали в Греции и первый раз снимали здесь жилье. Очень рады что первым жильём был дом Filippos и Markella! Дом великолепный: очень чистый, уютный, комфортный, есть всё нужное для кухни, ванны, для сна. Markella очень отзывчивая, так как быстро отвечала на вопросы и помогала когда нужно было!!! Спасибо вам большое!!! Очень рекомендую Venetia's House!

Η Amanda ήταν υπέροχη οικοδεσπότης.Διακριτικη και πάντα εξυπηρετική.Το σπίτι είναι πολύ πιο όμορφο από τις φωτογραφίες.Πανεμορφη θέα από το μπαλκόνι.Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για οικογένειες με παιδιά.Η παραλία προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια.Πεντακαθαρη θάλασσα.Εστιατορια και ένας καφενες πολύ κοντά όπως επίσης και ένα παντοπωλείο.

The place is in a very beautiful location with a wonderful view to the sea. It is very spacious, with all amenities, and feels homely. Alexandros was very responsive and helpful. Had a great stay overall - would recommend.

Dimitios harika bir evsahibi, ev içindeki detaylar o kadar özenli ki her ayrıntı incelikle düşünülmüş. Bahçesi harika. Potamias köyünün cok turistik olmaması ile Yunanistan havasını rahatça yaşayabildik. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz

Ev sahibimiz çok yardımcıydı. Sorduğumuz sayısız soruya sabır ve tatlılıkla cevap verdi. Evin manzarası büyüleyici. Gerçekten aşık olduk. Mutfakta her türlü alet, malzeme var. Çok rahat ettik. Ve evi çok rahat kullandık. Yatak, çarşaflar tertemizdi. Evin hemen önünde arabamızı park etmek için alan var. Eve yakın market, güzel bir fırın ve restoranlar var. Konum olarak golden becah'e yakın. Sadece yolu biraz yokuş ama araba ile gidip geldiğimiz için sorun olmadı. Muhteşem denizi olan Aliki'ye ve merkeze 20 dk mesafede. Yani tam ortada. Hem evimizden hem ev sahimizden çok memnun kaldık. Sevgiler

We went as a group of friends (8 people). We love this villa so much, it’s great with decoration, garden, fireplace. It’s absolutely enough for 8 people, you can find everything you need. It’s great to sit by the fireplace at night, have breakfast near the olive trees. Maria is a great person. Even if we arrived very late, she waited for us and took care of everything. She is a really kind, thoughtful host. We’ll definitely come back later.

We had an amazing stay here. There is a beach 5 min away walking distance, which we used a few times, Lidl was very convenient and everything else was very easily accessible with car. There is a great path near the beach that leads to the town, wonderful to walk in the evenings. The apartment was great, had air conditioning in every room, all big windows all had mosquitoes nets which made it great to use them instead of the air conditioning. This was our best vacation in Greece and this place made it perfect.
