Seascape Studio, Whitstable is bright and open plan with a stunning seascape view. It has been lovingly designed by us, with attention to detail given to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. Guest entry is via a private front door with private parking in front of the studio, the studio is up a set of stairs. We provide a breakfast hamper, toiletries, towels and linens. There is a small courtyard for private use, a sunny spot for a cuppa or glass of wine. The sea is a 10 minute walk away.

Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for all of Canterbury's many attractions. Breakfast is left for you in the kitchen to be prepared by yourself at leisure. The breakfast is as listed; tea or coffee, toast and butter and two types of jam and granola . We allow one good dog .

Our lovely guest studio flat is a newly renovated, private entrance ground floor ensuite space, which sleeps 2. Exclusive off street parking included. Fully fitted brand new kitchen, Tea & coffee making facilities, induction hob, full size fridge with freezer space, toaster. The lovely Minnis Bay is about 5 mins walk from here where there is a pub. The train station is 5 mins walk in the other direction. Dreamland is only 2 stops on the train. Please note we don't allow charging of vehicles.

We had a lovely stay at Coleen's place, it was super homely and a lovely retreat near the beach. She was quick and proactive to communicate with us and offered us a late checkout unprompted. Parking isn't the easiest as there's no on site parking but there's nearby street parking.

I stayed two nights at Paula’s place while visiting an old friend in Sandwich. Great communication with Paula outlining checking in details and the facilities of the place. Great location in the town close to all the attractions, stores and short walk away to the train station. The room although small is fine for singles or a couple is clean, quiet and a very comfy bed. A updated ensuite style bathroom with shower and a compact kitchen area. Really enjoyed my stay and hopefully return on future visits.

The annexe opens on to Chris and Nics pretty garden which we were welcome to enjoy. Our base was in a residential area but very quiet. We were able to walk to The Exchange pub who served excellent food . It is the perfect spot to stay to explore the surrounding area. Chris and Nic were perfect hosts. We had everything we needed, and felt comfortable and relaxed.

Bettie and John were fabulous hosts, this was our first Airbnb. They were flexible with the time of our arrival / departure which was great . We had everything we could need and more thoughtfully supplied by Bettie. We were made to feel very welcome and any enquires we had bettie responded to with a friendly and helpful reply. This was the perfect location and accommodation to meet my needs over 4 days. Compact and bijou with lovely vintage furniture, really comfy bed and a lovely welcome gift of a brownie, milk in the fridge and fresh coffee were additional lovely touches. There was a kettle and fridge in the room as well as cups and utensils, however no cooking facilities, which I was fully aware of when booking so this wasn't a problem. Jo was absolutely lovely, extremely accommodating and clearly wanted to ensure that I had everything required for my stay. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Alvaro’s place, it is beautifully decorated with a japanese inspiration which felt very cozy and zen - the perfect place to relax! Alvaro and his partner were great hosts, sharing tips of the neighbourhood. Our dog Heidi loved the space too and enjoyed the lovely garden! We can’t recommend this little gem enough!

Fran was a super host, she's been super accommodating and this is now my 3rd time returning. The space is well decorated yet minimal giving it a really calm but homely feeling. It also has a small garden area that you can open the doors onto which is a nice touch when the weather is good. Would highly recommend staying here.

Right from the start, Vicky was very kind. While walking to the Airbnb from the train station she offered to come pick us up. The place was cute, clean, and just right for two people. It's very close to the ocean and in a beautiful area. We would definitely stay here again.

Me, my girlfriend and my baby had a brilliant weekend in faversham. the caravan was spacious and comfortable. well equiped, there was tea and coffee, and toiletries, wich was a good touch. the communal pool was perfect for our 2 year old. One of the nights, the camping site got the water shut off for unforeseen circumstances, but Lesley's husband promptly showed up with some bottles of water, to sort us out! How kind!? :) so yeah we were very well looked after! Definetly would book again. the only thing i think it could be improved, would be the installation of an AC!

Steven and Tina were very welcoming and greeted us with big warm smiles it made us feel very welcome the place itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Had a lovely stay over the weekend and would definitely book again and recommend anyone else to do so as you will not regret it.
