There is also a pretty mezzanine for enjoy cosy times, read books, drink tea, play games, or for add mattresses if you have happy kids or just be happy friends who want to stay together. We had a great time staying at De's place. If you rent a scooter, Sa Pa is pretty close. I definitely recommend going on trekking with De, he will show you around the ethnic minority villages as you pass through some magnificent scenery. Only one warning in case you're sensitive to sounds, you may want to get some earbuds since the frogs can get pretty loud at night. Same for the rain. Overall, it was great value and we'd love to stay there again if we happen to be in Sa Pa in the future.
