Forget your worries in this quiet comfy guesthouse. A great place to recharge your batteries. There is easy parking and a private entrance. The blackout blinds are a favorite. We are next to a bike path/park/walking green. All the appliances, bed, laundry, and central air/heat are brand new. This is a great spot for children over 4. The Back 40 is a private 40-acre cattle ranch located 15 minutes from Galveston Bay with private parking and a home gym. The Bunkhouse is a 716 Sq. Ft. guest studio apartment located on the property and sleeps 12, 1 bathroom, washer/dryer, fully functional kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and coffee maker.
