The stay was very welcoming, the host was very open and helpful. Very good place for families with children, spacious apartment. Everything was in the house towels, beach umbrella. I recommend this places.

Mi esposa y yo estuvimos muy contentos con este piso! Anas ha sido un excelente anfitrión, nos vino a buscar en el aeropuerto, nos mostró la zona para que supiéramos donde encontrar las cosas y siempre estuvo atento a todas nuestras preguntas, que no fueron pocas. También apreciamos mucho sus toques con tenernos 5 litros de agua al llegar, café, aceite y otras cosas así. En el piso faltaban algunas cosas para nuestra estancia de 3 semanas, y nos las trajo sin problemas. Muy amable! El apartamento mismo es muy cómodo y espacioso y el área muy tranquila y segura, un poco lejos para caminar al centro o la playa pero muy tranquila. Lo único negativo fue que habían cucarachas en el baño aunque el mayor tiempo estaban escondidas y que habían pequeños detalles de limpieza al llegar, pero dentro de todo una excelente experiencia que recomendamos a todos y que repetiríamos. I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. Everything we needed was in this house! It’s literally like home away from home with how complete their house is. It’s close to where you can big taxis to travel to different cities and close to the beach and shops as well. If we ever come back to Martil we will definitely book this place again.

Les relations avec le propriétaire ont été fluides et professionnelles, et il a toujours été serviable et prêt à aider. Mon époux, mes enfants et moi-même avons passé un excellent séjour, la mer est magnifique et nous avons eu la chance de nager avec des poissons dans une eau cristalline. La maison est propre et est à 2 minutes de la plage. Omar et son frère Saâd, que nous remercions au passage, ont été très disponibles et extrêmement gentils. Nous recommandons vivement notre hôte.

Amazing Stay in a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this fantastic villa and had an incredible experience. The house is enormous, with four spacious bedrooms that provided more than enough space for our family. The location is perfect, nestled in a safe and tranquil neighborhood. The host was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view from the villa. We could see the beach just a few meters away, and the sight was breathtaking. The beach itself is pristine and easily accessible, making it perfect for morning walks and relaxing afternoons. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to return!

Yassine’s place was just the perfect spot if you’re looking for a spacious and peaceful home to relax at. Given that I travel almost solely to places with a body of water, for me it was the proximity to the beach that made it exceptional. Yassine is a wonderful, and communicative host, looking forward to coming back to his place sooner than later!

De communicatie met Mariam verliep super en snel. Enorme vriendelijke vrouw. Wij werden ontvangen door de ouders van Mariam en wat een enorme lieve mensen zijn dat. Huis is prachtig, de locatie is enorm centraal en in een rustige buurt. Wij vonden alleen het strand wel ver om te lopen en helemaal langs de drukke weg, maar dat zal er meer aan liggen omdat wij er niet aan gewend zijn. Wij raden het enorm aan om dit prachtige huis te huren en je enorm welkom te laten voelen door Mariam en haar ouders. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

Location location location! You can’t find a closer place to the beach than this one. The place is very spacious with many rooms and Mohammed is super friendly host who made sure we had an amazing stay. We had to book more nights because this place just kept calling our names to stay.

Alloggio molto comodo per la vicinanza della spiaggia, posto molto bello e tranquillo. Punto forte dell'appartamento sicuramente la terrazza che affaccia sul mare. Host molto gentile e premuroso. Vacanza con due bambini molto rilassante. Sicuramente da ripetere

Het was een mooie plek rustig gelegen. Het was een schoon appartement het beddengoed en handdoeken roken lekker ! Je hebt een grote tuin tot jouw beschikking als je op het balkon zit zie je de prachtige zee! Enige nadeel is dat je niet de hele villa tot je beschikking hebt zoals het word geadverteerd maar alleen de boven verdieping. de prijs is goed voor wat je krijgt sommige dingen zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Aardige host

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Wahib. Tout était conforme à la description, très propre, bien situé et parfaitement équipé. Wahib a été un hôte très réactif, disponible et sympathique. Je recommande vivement son logement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain passage. Merci encore

I enjoyed the stay at Mhamed’s place. Very clean and spacious apartment with all the amenities that you will need. Well equipped kitchen if you would like to cook at home. Mhamed was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to him. Thanks a lot for everything and see you next time.

Excellent place and really peaceful for a short disconnect vacation, the beach is just in front , nice and safe place , the kids enjoyed the place , recommended for family and sure we will be back again :)
