Es la mejor opción para una estancia tranquila y cómoda. Apartamento con todas las comodidades para disfrutar de ell, cómo cocina totalmente equipada, habitación doble con baño independiente y dúplex en suite con terraza . Apartamento tranquilo que invita al descanso y la desconexión . Una experiencia de lujo en este céntrico alojamiento.

Estudio en planta sobreático con bonitas vistas. Tiene un espacio "sala de estar" separado de la zona de descanso. Los techos son abuhardillados con mucho encanto aunque algunas partes tienen una altura baja (zona descanso). Office con nevera, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, menage etc... NO TIENE FOGONES PARA COCINAR !. Baño completo. Wifi, Smart TV. Gran terraza de 45m con toldo protector, barbacoa de obra, mesas, sofás y tumbonas para disfrutar del exterior y el buen tiempo.

La habitación azul de Iván fue el refugio perfecto donde pasé 10 días con mi novio el marinero. Quien me llego de sorpresa a Barcelona y con pocas horas de antelación Iván contestó todas nuestras dudas y nos recibió en su bello apartamento. La habitación comparte un baño con dos habitaciones más pero esto no fue problema alguno Iván mantiene todas las áreas comunes limpias y bien servidas. La cocina cómodas existe un horario para el uso de la estufa pero sólo es cuestión de acostumbrarse al horario. Iván tiene una mascota hermosa en casa TOBBY, que es dócil y educado no fue ningún problema. El acceso al metro la estación más cercana es terrassa est que puedes ir caminando 16 min o tomando el bus n.2 a solo 7 min. El lugar super recomendado.

The place was spacious and had everything for a holiday stay and also a remote working place. Everything was and stayed clean. Had a pleasure to interact with other guests staying there and everyone was respectful. In addition, the area is pretty calm at night, and you also have a nice view from the balcony. This will be my go-to in the future. :)

La casa è davvero bella, curata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo e senza pensieri. La posizione è ottima: centrale, ma tranquilla, e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Il vero plus è il parcheggio privato, una vera chicca che rende tutto ancora più pratico, soprattutto in una zona dove trovare posto può essere complicato. Consigliatissima!
