The house faces a stream, has total privacy and complete insertion in nature, with large trees and green fields.

New house restored in 2018, keeping some details of the old villa. It's on the second floor of the house and the top floor. It has access by rear balcony to an outdoor patio, with laundry, outdoor shower, barbecue and use of garden furniture. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city of Angra and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a T1 composed of a bedroom with large velux windows, bathroom, kitchen and common room.

A private balcony is shown, featuring two comfortable lounge chairs and a small potted plant. The railing offers a view of the surrounding rooftops, with distant hills and the ocean visible beyond. Natural light brightens the clean tiled floor.
