Beautiful home and location! Made for a great stay with friends and family!

Jamie is a delightful, attentive host! She was available to talk at anytime. Bikes, beach equipment, beach towels were all available. Hobe Sound is special for a quiet beach coastline with huge waves. Great area for biking and relaxing. Jamie provided excellent and thorough information and helpful communication at anytime.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable home inside and out. The landscaping and fruit trees in the backyard provided a private and relaxing feel. Hobe Sound beach was close by and also beautiful. Enjoyed our stay all the way through.

Such a cute place! I love how it was decorated and everything was clean. The location was great as far as restaurants and grocery stores nearby. My kids enjoyed fishing out back. There were a few houses on the street that could use a little TLC but overall everything was great!

If I could give 10 stars I would! WOW! Gorgeous home! Extremely clean! Everything you need is here. The back yard is a little piece of Heaven! Crystal clean pool and hot tub! It’s so relaxing here. Peaceful. Birds were always singing birds walking down the street even a little bunny hopping around the yard. Beds were very comfortable and great showers! Everything in kitchen you need and more! I can’t say enough about this home! And Nancy was so very nice! Great location near restaurants stores and the water. We lived in the area for many years so we come here often this is definitely where I will be staying! I take these reviews seriously I have been to homes that aren’t what they say they are but this home delivered everything it said it had and more! Thank you Nancy!

A lovely spacious and beautifully decorated space with an awesome backyard, including multiple seating areas for sun and shade, a fire pit, and plenty of charm. Beautiful appliances and treats that set the stage for a welcoming stay and late night snacks! Beautiful bedding blankets and pillows, making you feel very special. Just so well thought out and enjoyable. And loved the colored lights out front, easy to find and a stand out on the block. Thank you, what a delightful experience.

Aaron was wonderful to accommodate last minute plans and was very responsive. The property was beautiful and matched our expectations. We enjoyed the home so much we stayed there more than the beach with all the amenities to do there.

Exactly what we needed for the few days in town for a wedding. The place was very close to the venue and considerably cheaper than the hotels we were looking at.

Very cute place. Be aware the beds are very small. And so are the room but still it’s a very cute little cottage vibes. Very close to the beach.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here! I originally chose this spot because of all the amazing reviews, and now I can confidently say every one of them was right. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Merline and John were kind, helpful, and truly thoughtful hosts. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. If you’re considering booking, do it! You won’t regret it. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Definitely a great place to stay, was very low-key and we had the pool to ourselves pretty much the whole time. Place was exactly as described and clean. Definitely will book again

Quaint little house in the middle of the goat pasture. enjoyed watching the goats and friendly cats who insisted on sharing dinner with us. Bed was a little soft but we made it thru. Josie brought us a hot plate and gave us extra paper towels. nice quiet stay

I came for a long weekend away with my teenage daughter and loved our stay at the Charming Downtown Beach House! We walked to coffee at South Beach, dinner at Lilos, and shopped the quirky little shops. We chose to drive to the beach which was a quick and easy drive. (Approx 5 mins) The house was very clean and had such cute decor. I appreciated the Tupperware and other kitchen items as well as the beach chairs for our beach picnic. Naomi and her team were very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. Lots of amenities that other guest suites may not offer. very spacious. Lena has her place well spaced out with comfortable furniture.

We enjoyed our stay and the host was helpful to make that happen. Some things that made it challenging were the neighbors enjoying the weekend into the morning hours and other neighbors dogs barking at our child while we played in the yard. The second bathroom is also outside the house with the sauna, no big deal, but good to note for “busy” bathroom times. The kids area inside was great, we spent a lot of time there. Thank you

Stacey is a great host. She communicates very well, gives quick responses to questions, gives excellent, directions and house rules. This spotless cottage is in a wonderful location, close to town and all amenities, with beautiful views, and a private yard. We had a very comfortable and relaxing vacation staying in this cottage. Overall great host and fantastic “tiny house” we stayed in. Perfect for couples or siblings wanted to stay the night in a unique space. We felt like we were in a mini cabin. We would definitely come back. It was a great value for our money, not the most expensive or inexpensive property, but it was just right.
