Close to Restaurants, Clubs, Shopping, Hiking Golfing. NO CARPET for those who have allergies! Very comfortable bed and furniture. Patio area with lots of seating and BBQ for you to enjoy. This home is gorgeous and clean. We enjoyed the neighborhood and really loved sitting out by the pool for the evening. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Yuma. Lonnie and Yvette were wonderful at communicating and responded quickly to any questions.

A clean and modern bathroom features a spacious bathtub set within tiled walls. A showerhead and faucet are positioned on one side, while a shower caddy holds toiletries. A fluffy grey towel is neatly placed on the edge of the tub.

Karlos and Susan were very responsive and easy and pleasant to deal with. The unit was very clean and the listing was representative of what we got. Quiet neighborhood. Great BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture.

Perfect little guest house for a weekend getaway. Clean. Extremely comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and exactly all you need to rest after a day of exploring. Made the trip to Yuma relaxing and the community was very peaceful with a great view. Highly recommend!

Gillian’s place was great! My husband and I stayed with our toddler and two dogs and it was just what we needed. We really enjoyed both the inside space and the outside space.
