After many additions and updates, it's now a quiet part of a Church Camp property (which you're welcome to explore). Perini Ranch Restaurant is nearby, as well as several other great places to eat - not to mention Abilene is 8 miles away.

Home at Lawyers is a 3BR 2 Bath house that will make you feel like you are at home. Features a king, full size bed, and (2) twin bunk beds. Living room has a 58" smart tv, and all the bedrooms have 50" smart tvs equipped with YouTubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, & more. Also has a roll away bed if needed for an extra person. It is located on the Northside of town in a quiet neighborhood and is minutes away from the Expo Center and downtown Abilene. Has a two car garage and lots of parking available.

Our home is 5 minutes away from McMurry University and 10- 15 minute drive to ACU, and Hardin-Simmons University. Outside the Bungalow includes a patio and plenty of parking. The yard is a shared yard-space with the main house. I do have 2 very friendly dogs that do not share their yard with other pets.

Waterfall on back patio with a view of the mountainside. Absolutely no Bachelor or bachelorette parties.
