Vacation rentals with a patio in Tartu City

This was our second time in Kristjan's apartment and we are thinking of coming back again. Clean and comfortable apartment with all the essentials. Kitchen very well equipped, everything available for cooking. Younger daughter enjoyed the games and toys. Many thanks to Kristjan and Kerli! 😀

A cause de SAS airlines je n’ai pas pu profiter de ce logement mais même quand j’ai dit à Ragnar que ne pourrais pas venir il continuait de m’aider à résoudre la situation difficile dans laquelle je me suis retrouvé. Imeline koht! Mõnus rahulik uni. Vanalinna saab väikese jalutuskäiguga. Piirkond on vaikne ning hommiku kohvi juues saab kohalikele kiisudele lehvitada. Minuti kaugusel on kohvik, kust saab väikseid saiakesi. Nii ilus sisustus! Tuleme kindlasti tagasi! Pole ühtegi halba sõna.

Auf der Reise mit meinen Teenagern Söhnen (12 und 15 Jahre) sind wir in Tartu auf die entzückende Wohnung von Kailiina gestoßen. Ein inspirierender, liebevoller Ort mit Büchern, Pflanzen und Kunst. Auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf alte Birken und traditionellen, bunten Holzhäuschen habe ich mich gefühlt wie in Büllerbü.

The apartment is airy and spacious (even better than photos) and the location very quiet and convenient. It has a really nice feel and is close to grocery and museums and town center, easily by foot or even bus if you prefer not to walk. We have really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Host very responsive; excellent place and value. And Tartu is a lovely city and easy to tour.

Kati has a well thought-out attic-style apartment that really provides a lovely living experience for guests, and she was super responsive. I would gladly come and stay again. Even 2 flights of shallow stairs wouldn’t deter me.

This place is very special, from the moment we stepped onto the property we felt we were in a magic place in Estonia. The river frontage is just so special and unique and is very much part of the character of this property. Just sitting out on the deck or strolling the gardens makes for a very peaceful retreat. The interior of the house has been tastefully renovated, modern and clean. And warm and friendly hosts makes it welcoming from the get go. We will be definitely coming back here again - a very special place, thank you.

Enri is a great host, the house itself is very cosy, interior is well designed and has lots of interesting elements. The only thing for me was that the bigger bedroom was a bit noisy (it faces the street), but if it doesn’t bother you, then this is a great choice for a stay in Viljandi.

Отлично место что бы провести выходные с семьей. Не очень далеко до центра города . Тихое, уютное место. Современное жилье . В доме есть все необходимое . С удовольствием вернемся снова .

Everything was exactly as promised. Kalmar gave us the key to the house, he was very friendly and polite man with a good sense of humor!

Overall a great place to stay when going to Mustvee area. Everything was nice and clean. The grilling area was particularly enjoyable.

Die Unterkunft ist klasse. Hätten wir mehr Zeit gehabt, hätten wir verlängert. Das sagt wohl alles. Risto ist ein sehr toller Gastgeber. Der Garten ist Hunde sicher eingezäunt und hat eine große überdachte Terrasse. Die Lage ist klasse. Der Badesee in Nöo ist auch super. Tartu und Elva sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

Korter oli suurepärane ja hubane ning kõik vajalik olemas. Hommikukohv terrassil oli veel omaette elamus.

Ketlin’s place was an absolute gem 💎. I enjoyed the place fully, visited all the best restaurants, walked a lot and especially loved my time in the garden - both sunny and rainy days. It was my beautiful paradise for 5 days and will be missing my time spent in Viljandi and in this lovely home.

Die Wohnung ist einfach zu finden, schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie die Altstadt von Tartu, den Domberg (Toomemägi), den wunderschönen Botanischen Garten, den Raadi-Park mit dem interessanten Nationalmuseum, aber auch die Neustadt mit modernen Einkaufszentren zu Fuß erreichen. Madli war gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und würden sie auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Awesome quiet apartment with everything we needed for for a few days self catering. It is located pergectly for walking around the difference parts of the city and arriving by train and departing from the bus station. Also very clean, our host was friendly, met us outside the apartment for a seemless check with helpful instructions of how everything worked making it a hassle free stay. When back in Tartu we will book again.

Korter on väga hea asukohaga. Kesklinn jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Korter oli palju ilusam ja moodsam, kui piltidel. Väga puhas! Kõik mugavused olid olemas. Hea kohvimasin ja oad olid ka olemas! Meie seltskond jäi väga rahule ja järgmine kord peatume ka Signe korteris! Soovitame soojalt! Aitähh!
