Large floor-to-ceiling windows make the apartment bright and sunny. New furniture and appliances, spacious rooms, friendly neighbors. Convenient location. Metro 30 meters. 10 min drive to the airport and city center. Large shopping center Fields 5 minutes. The best location for guests with children. There is a gazebo and a grill area on the roof.

The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Boligen ligger tæt på metroen, indkøbscenteret Fisketorvet, havne bussen og i gåafstand til Københavns centrum ca 30 min langs kanalen. Der er mulighed for en svømmetur i kanalen.
