Bunut 22 is a cozy and quiet house in a residential area of Tanjung Bunut. It is away from the noise of the highway but conveniently near enough to an array of restaurants, cafes, and small shops. It is also not far from the famous Jerudong Park, just a 10-minute drive away! The house can comfortably host six guests with its 100% fully furnished interiors and amenities. The kitchen and barbeque place is ready-to-use. For your convenience, we use a contactless self-check-in and check-out system.

It is in a great location, Kg Sungai Akar: Airport 9mins, ICC 10mins, Main shopping area 13mins drive. Major attractions in BSB - SOAS Mosque, Kg.Ayer, Royal Regalia is 15 mins drive. Jerudong Park and Empire Hotel is 20 mins drive. Fully furnished and has well-equipped kitchen. Great place for family and group stay. Perfect for transit for early morning flights

AZ cottage is a modern colorful interior concept. Our home is suitable for couples, groups of friends, business travelers and families. Fully kitchen equipped with refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, dishes and etc. Walking distance to mini mart shop (mostly closed at 9.30pm). 10 mins walk to bus stop just across to the main road (take bus no 42 and 45) for only pay $1 per trip no kidding :-) and reach to town in 20 mins (depends on the traffic & many stops).

The kitchen area features a wooden countertop with an induction cooktop, appliances including a kettle and toaster, and a decorative wall art depicting a still life with wine and gourmet foods. Fresh flowers in a vase add a touch of color.

It is a good and reasonably priced place to stay. It is located in Sg Liang, 20 minutes to Seria and 20 mins to Tutong in another direction. There are eateries, supermarket within walking distance. As it is not located in a main town, a car getting there is more convenient. I will definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

民宿位置超棒，離水上村搭船的地方、百貨公司、清真寺、博物館步行都可以到，在漢堡王旁邊很好找。房間客廳很溫馨，廁所很乾淨，還有公用廚房可以使用，唯一小缺點是外面巷子有時候很吵，但到半夜都算安靜，房間備有吹風機、全身鏡、冷氣超強！住了兩晚，非常推薦👍

we really enjoyed staying at her place, it was really cozy, homey, felt very welcoming and the ambience was so calming. The house is so beautiful,area was so peaceful and away from busy life. As an introvert, how i wish i could stay longer. We longed to have a place like that, just perfect. kids loved it, the lepak and pool area was a very-very nice touch. Host was super friendly, nothing felt weird and gave out a very pleasant vibe. Breakfast - good choice of foods, local tastes so fullfilling. can't wait to come back and bring others. 10000/10.

I enjoyed the most delightful stay at Embun! My room was very clean and comfortable and the property is homely and tranquil, with beautiful views overlooking the river. Dk Nordinah is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond for her guests! I felt very welcome and looked after. She was always on hand to help with any queries, offered breakfast at a time of my choice and went out of her way to help me send postcards. Prior to arriving, Dk Nordinah helped me to organise airport transfers and a day trip to the Temburong rainforest and answered my many questions about the area. I can’t recommend this property enough! 10/10! ⭐️
