Farida was an absolutely fantastic host! Great communication and also gave a great restaurant recommendation. The flat was wonderful, very clean, had everything you needed! Farida was also very flexible with check in as we got in very late and was so helpful with recommending transport routes from the airport. We would highly recommend this place and Farida is wonderful! ☺️

The place was amazing, area is private and safe very friendly people, the view was amazing and quiet, the studio was well managed, small, well furnished it got all the amenities. Everything is near to area. The Breakfast was offered for free as we stayed only one night. Delicious and home made really enjoyed it. Thank you for your hospitality Recommend 💯

Loved staying at Kays place, and would definitely stay again. Very quiet, central, and phenomenal views of the city! Having the washing machine was extremely helpful, and self check-in was super easy. It was also nice to have the parking garage downstairs. Thanks for a great stay, and looking forward to hopefully visiting Tangier again - I think it's my favorite city in Morocco!!

Le sejour s'est très bien placé. Très bon emplacement, logement spacieux et très agréable. Nous avons été très bien reçus.

Me hospede con mi familia unas noches y quedamos encantados con el lugar, muy grande y cómodo y nos ofrecierón Netflix! Recomendado!! El edificio no tiene ascensor y el apartamento es en un 5 piso nosotros no tuvimos problema 😄

everything was really nice, we felt like home. You need one minute to the beach, nearby aare restaurants and grocery stores. If I go again to Tanger, than for sure to Riyad. Merci beaucoup :)

Rarely do you find a place that just fits. The views? Unreal. The location? Spot on. The details? Thoughtful in a way that makes you wonder why more places aren’t designed like this. Every corner felt like it was meant to be explored, and honestly, finding something this good is near impossible. Then there’s Amine—professional, quick to respond, and somehow always one step ahead, even with questions beyond the stay itself. The kind of host who makes the experience seamless. 10/10. No hesitation.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, la maison est en plein cœur de la médina. Très belle maison, avec son toit terrasse et le patio ouvert sur le ciel La literie est très confortable Le ménage parfait, très propre. Abe est très gentil et accueillant Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Le logement de Pascale était parfait. Très accueillant, bien décoré avec une super terrasse rooftop. Très bien situé dans une petite rué un peu caché de la kasbah, vous êtes à quelques minutes à pieds de plusieurs activités et restaurants. Pascale a été très gentil et réactive aux messages. Nous recommandons le logement sans hésiter !

Tous les commentaires positifs sur cette location sont avérés, le mien se rajoute à celui des autres voyageurs. Toutefois, j'apporterais quand même des nuances par rapport aux éléments suivants : - l'accueil se fait par quelqu'un avec lequel on n'a jamais échangé, on ne sait pas à qui on a à faire (ce n'est ni Christine, ni Jean-Pierre ni Youssef) - le taxi qui nous a pris en charge à l'aéroport comme convenu, nous a finalement fait payer 300 dirhams au lieu des 200 annoncés - pas de livret d'accueil dans la maison - propreté moyenne en bas dans la chambre du patio et la salle de bain : poils dans le lavabo, cheveux, balayette des toilettes pas nette, poussière ne datant pas d'hier sur les tableaux, lampe de chevet, au sol. Couverture dans l'armoire tâchée. Dommage de payer du ménage pour ne pas entrer dans une maison un peu plus propre, quand le chat n'est pas là les souris dansent... et je n'en veux pas aux propriétaires - des lumières qui éclairent en terrasse serait un vrai plus

We booked two nights. The house is equipped with all the comforts you might need. It’s close to all the beaches, with the nearest one just 1 km away. A big highlight is the rooftop terrace — a true oasis of peace. Mustafa is very easy to reach. I highly recommend the house.

We had an excellent stay at Abdslam’s place! The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located in the charming streets of the medina. The rooftop terrace with sea views is a real highlight, especially at sunset. Abdslam is an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and very thoughtful. He kindly offered us a delicious couscous on the day of Eid, which was a lovely gesture. Communication with him was smooth and pleasant throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again inchallah.

Le logement de Houssam était vraiment à la hauteur de ce qui nous a été proposé sur tous les plans…. Propreté et. Beauté impeccable de l’appartement exactement comme c’était proposé sur les photos. Houssam nous a proposé son aide pour tout ce dont nous pouvions avoir besoin dés le début de notre séjour et était disponible à tout moment …gentillesse, professionnalisme et hospitalité de Houssam nous ont rassuré durant notre séjour.. Apartamento totalmente equipado, extremadamente cómodo y limpio, y con más de lo necesario para no tener que preocuparte, tanto en la cocina como en los baños.

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement ! Tout était impeccable et vraiment bien équipé. On trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, c’est vraiment pratique. De plus, l’hôte Sara est super sympathique et serviable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un logement confortable et accueillant. Merci encore pour tout !

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans ce très bel appartement, propre, bien entretenu et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout y est parfaitement pensé pour offrir confort et commodité : il ne manquait absolument rien, tout est disponible pour se sentir comme chez soi. L’appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme et sécurisé, au sein d’un immeuble bien surveillé. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la magnifique terrasse où l’on peut passer d’agréables moments en famille ou savourer un bon café au petit matin. La localisation est un vrai atout : tout est accessible à pied — supérettes, centre commercial, gare, corniche, boutiques, restaurants... c’est un excellent point de départ pour profiter pleinement de la ville. Un grand merci à Youssef pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité constante et ses conseils toujours pertinents. Son suivi tout au long du séjour a été très apprécié. Un magnifique séjour que je n’oublierai pas et que je referai sans hésitation !

C’est ma 3ème fois à Cabo Negro, je sais où mettre le cap si jamais j’y reviens. Certainement chez Reda, au Mirador Golf. Bel appart, très propre, une cuisine bien équipée, jolie déco au salon, et une vue magnifique sur les montagnes de Tetouan. Tout ce qu’il faut pour un merveilleux séjour. La plage de Cabo est à 5min en voiture (environ 40min à pied). Sinon, vous pouvez profiter de la piscine de la résidence, qui ferme assez tôt par contre, à 18h30 (mais le proprio n’y est pour rien). En tt cas, je recommande !

Beau logement spacieux, j’ai apprécié la propreté digne d’un hôtel, immeuble sécurisé mais pas de parking souterrain il faut trouver une place dehors, nous en avons toujours trouvé. Le logement est très bien équipé il y a tout le nécessaire, le seul point négatif est le bruit extérieur qu’on entend car fenêtre pas insonorisé. Je recommande !

The stay was very good. The apartment was spacious and was generally kept clean. Communication with the host was very good. There was a slight issue with the water but the host reacted immediately when we messaged them and they had it fixed very quickly, with a nice apology and saying it was the first time this has happened. The apartment included everything as in the description. The only small minus was the fact one of the rooms with the two single beds wasn’t cleaned that well in the corners, there were some cobwebs and dust. But the bedsheets were clean and generally the place was rather clean. I also wish there was a fresh sponge in the kitchen for cleaning dishes and that there would be something other than bleach for the laundry. But these are small things. Generally speaking I can highly recommend this place, it was a good price with a fantastic location, very spacious and with two bathrooms. The wifi worked well, the building has a guard and elevators. Great stay!
