We had an amazing experience at Lolu Village Resort. The resort was very beautiful, well kept, and safe! The location is perfect, so close to all the ancient Anuradhapura temples. Taking a dip in the well kept pool was always so inviting after a long hot day of exploring. All the food at the restaurant was delicious, the staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying at Lolu Village Resort when visiting Anuradhapura.

Had a very clean accomodation with calm environment. It has everything you would expect for the most competitive price. I recommend it 100%. The property owner Nadun and his wife did everything to feel good here. They are very courteous, honest and helpfull. Thank you Kranda Lodge. Hope to see you all again.

Kalum et sa famille nous ont super bien accueilli ! Sa femme nous a régaler pour le repas du soir ainsi que pour le petit déjeuner 😜 Ils nous ont conseillé pour notre parcours, transports etc ! Utile et efficace Petit roof top sympa ! Espace de vie agréable En plein centre de la ville, il y’a un marché local juste à côté ainsi qu’un lac ! On reviendra 🙂

It was a calm and peaceful stay. Everything was great. Felt right at home. Special thanks to Malinda who took care of us. Made some nice tea and who was very helpful. When booking ask if the washroom is an attached one that’s the only inconvenience I faced but apart from that it was a great stay. I would absolutely recommend it.

Хороший гест. Нам все понравилось. Шикарный вид из окон на рисовые поля, мы вставали рано утром и встречали рассвет , пение птиц завораживает :) вкусные завтраки. Тихое спокойное место. Если пройти к дороге есть несколько кафешек с местной едой. Доехать до всех достопримечательностей можно на автобусе очень быстро и легко :)

We reizen met een 5 maand oude baby in een tuk tuk en dit was voor ons een hele fijne rustige uitvalsbasis om de stad in meerdere dagdelen te bezoeken. Bij aankomst werden we heel fijn ontvangen. Telkens bij terugkomst een oase van rust. We konden onze tuk tuk binnen de poort parkeren dit was heel prettig. Echte aanrader!

My friend and I had just arrived from Europe to Colombo and 4,5h drive to Anuradhapura. This was the absolute perfect place to wind down after a long journey. The pool is extremely clean and tucked away so you have all the privacy. The treehouse (room, bathroom & terrace) is super spacious. Everything is in a very good state and all the amenities are there. The bathroom is downstairs, so they even installed a second toilet next to your room so you don’t have to go down during the night. Apart from the place being absolutely wonderful, the host Sameera is the kindest man. He always greeted us with a warm smile and asked us proactively if he could arrange something for us. Transport, a guide, anything , he will make sure it’s all set. The accommodation is a 15 min tuktuk drive from the new town, but if you like to escape the busyness and sleep at a quiet place, this is your go to! Thank you again Sameera and others for our wonderful stay! Stay healthy and happy!
