I had a wonderful two-day stay at this condominium unit. The place was spotless — the floors were clean and shiny, giving the space a fresh and welcoming feel. The pantry was tidy, well-arranged, and stocked with the essentials, which made it easy to settle in. All daily necessities were thoughtfully provided — toilet rolls, tissue papers, clean towels, toiletries, utensils, washing detergent, and even a hair dryer. It felt very much like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the beautiful night view from the unit. Whether enjoying a quiet evening indoors or stepping out onto the balcony, the city lights created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place with a lovely view. I’d definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable

It is a nice play to stay. Wish we could stay longer but only stayed for a few hours due to our travel schedule. The host is extremely responsive. There’s security that screens guests so we felt safe and secure.

Great place between KILA and KLCC — particularly for longer stays. Quiet neighborhood.

Let’s start with the host—an absolute delight. From the first message I sent to inquire about availability, the host was prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was smooth, from check-in to check-out. Before our arrival, we received a well-organized digital welcome pack with detailed instructions, local recommendations, house rules, and even tips on nearby hidden gems and eateries. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a handwritten welcome note and a basket of local snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel immediately at home. The check-in process was seamless. We were provided with a secure digital lock code, and the entry instructions were crystal clear. No stress, no confusion—just walk in and start relaxing. The host even checked in with us via message an hour after we arrived to make sure everything was okay, which was greatly appreciated.

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, malls, and attractions. The view from the infinity pool was incredible. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia. Thank you Tiang for a lovely experience!

It was a great stay. The location is very convenient, close to LRT, shopping mall in the same building. Communication was prompt. Love to stay there again

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

Comfortable stay, great location for shopping because it is in the Sunway pyramid mall. However, it’s very noisy sound from Sunway Lagoon during daytime if u plan to get a rest during daytime.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities! We had a fantastic experience staying at this unit! The place was spotless and well-maintained. All the facilities provided were top-notch. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus—having the ability to do laundry during our stay was so convenient and really helped us out! The balcony was the perfect spot to sit and unwind, offering breathtaking views. It was so relaxing to just sit out there and enjoy the scenery—truly a peaceful escape. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for both work and leisure. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Worth every penny!!! Me and my family were sooo amazed at how well the place was managed, when we entered, we felt right at home and so welcomed with air conditioning already turned on and tv playing soft piano music. The place was clean and so comfortable!! Thank you so much host, we really really enjoyed our stay!!

terimakasih Winnie dan tenchi saya beserta keluarga sangat senang menginap di unit milik mereka, semua sesuai foto dan diskripsi sangat mirip,fasilitas yang mereka berikan sangat luar biasa dan betul-betul sangat lengkap . saya sudah menginap di robertson selama 5 kali dengan pemilik yang berbeda-beda tapi baru kali ini saya dapatkan benar-benar fasilitas yang sangat luar biasa lengkap hanya di milik Winnie dan tenchi.. semoga ada rejeki saya bisa kembali mengunjungi Kuala lumpur dan semoga saya bisa kembali menginap di unit Winnie dan tenchi.. terimakasih sudah memberikan pelayanan yang luar biasa 🙏🏾

Definitely will consider rebooking this place for any future need, clean and well maintained unit with self check in instructions given. My family had a great time at this place with spacious living room and kitchen, well equipped amenities, and kitchen also has all the things we needed with water dispenser. Provided 2 carparks but only 1 access card available, the guard didn't make a big fuss on letting us in so was still acceptable and can register for visitor carpark without much issues so its alright.
