Crispin Cottage

A small but cozy cabin which is comfortable, warmed by our kerosene heater in the winter and with a small air conditioner for the heat waves of summer. The sunroom maintained by my sister is one of our guests favorite features. Our property is peaceful, with only my mother, sister and my sister's young grandson living in the two other dwellings on the three acre property. We offer complete privacy for those that prefer it; or for those that enjoy it, my mother loves visiting with our guests.

A clear pitcher filled with water sits in a refrigerator door shelf, accompanied by two bags of Black Oak Coffee Roasters coffee. The items are organized neatly, creating a functional storage space for beverages.

Cindy was an incredibly kind and warming host who went to great extents to make sure our stay was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed any time we asked while giving us full privacy and space otherwise. The place was also incredibly nice with tons of cozy furniture, great kitchen, and beautiful walking areas high up on the hill nearby. I also really appreciated the extents to which she made sure to have various things people have requested in the home ! The best part is the place is filled with the very unique art she and her partner have made, making the home a joy to exist within.

A spacious kitchen features wooden cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. An island bar is adorned with a white countertop, set for dining with plates and glasses. Soft pink flowers are arranged in a vase, adding a subtle touch to the welcoming environment.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect to everything in the heart of Ukiah. We were in town for a wedding, and did not want to stay at the Hampton Inn where the other weddings guests were staying, so this was perfect for my family. The house is very clean, quaint, and had everything we needed for 4 days. The kitchen was stocked, they even left us coffee to use which was a very nice touch! My kids loved playing in the outdoor space, and the air conditioning was very welcome on the warm June days. If we ever find ourselves back in Ukiah, we will stay here again and again!

I don't think I have enough characters available to describe this experience! We use Airbnb often and this was our best one! First, the host Jeffrey was fantastic. So helpful and communicative. But this home is just a magical place. If you're looking for a very private experience, but still close to the city... this fits the bill. I don't think the photos posted do it justice compared to the in-person experience. The house-keeping crew is perfection... you wouldn't know someone ever visited before you. Everything was immaculately clean. The kitchen has every amenity you would ever need. Blankets, linens, and towels were abundant. Our group had the most wonderful time... thank you Jeffrey and Trey for sharing your home with travelers. We enjoyed the added bonus of wildlife encounters each day as well! I am sharing the link to this property with everyone I know!
