Our stay was comfortable. Ms. Ethel was very accommodating, together with her assistants. We asked last minute if we could check out later than the agreed time and they allowed us to. The place is spacious and has a great view of the Taal. Also, it was great to know that they’re open to us bringing our cat with us during our stay as they, too, have cats of their own - although in the end we didn’t bring our cat with us. It was a bang in the buck and we will definitely be back soon.

The room was tidy, inviting, and well taken care of, you could tell that everything was carefully arranged to make guests feel comfortable. The bed was really soft and cozy, and we especially appreciated how calm and quiet the surroundings were, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. All the amenities we needed were available and easy to use, and the staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. It honestly felt like a home away from home.

We greatly enjoyed our overnight stay! The house was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely stunning—waking up to it each morning was a real treat. We also loved the honesty store; such a thoughtful and convenient touch. Special thanks to Mam Angel for her kind and attentive help throughout our stay. Jonathan's place is a nice quaint spot to take a weekend off away from the bustling metro. Nestled in the heart of Tagaytay, you can enjoy the peace and breeze that Tagaytay has to offer while being near the establishments that people flock to. Aside from the fact that the room was just as advertised and even cleaner than described, Jonathan was very responsive and amenable to our requests that it made our stay all the more lovely. The unit is cozy, stylish, and inviting. I especially love that it’s on the 5th floor, with a balcony that overlooks the clubhouse, offering a peaceful and relaxing view. It’s even more stunning when it rains and the fog rolls in. The lighting inside is perfect for taking great photos. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing a free hair blower. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future!

Responsive host; we really appreciated how she addressed our queries/concerns (esp. parking). The place was clean and cozy, with enough beds and restrooms for our group. The unit has useful amenities (e.g., microwave, rice cooker, ref, Netflix, and a karaoke mic) and is near restaurants and malls/convenience stores. Maraming salamat po, Ms. Jacque!

Perfect weekend getaway experienced for my family

Wonderful Stay! I had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

More than what we expected! Everything was clean, convenient, comfortable— from the unit to the condo complex. WiFi was fast, TV had ready streaming, parking was easy. Host and caretaker also very easy to coordinate with and super helpful. Will be staying here everytime we spend the weekend to play golf!

I found the place conveniently located for my 1 week training and Fernand's place is a great unit to stay at. Located at a higher floor level with a good view of the surrounding areas including Taal. The place, although small, is clean, safe and adequately equipped for essentials. I appreciated that they have a steamer iron which came very handy during the stay. Having wifi and Netflix was very convenient, plus the bed mattress was comfortable. I would add this unit to the list whenever I would need a place in Tagaytay. The host was friendly and responsive. I wish I can say the same for the caretaker/local contact person --- don't get your hopes high on her please. Well recommended!

Very accommodating, we had a pleasant stay. Kitchen and bathrooms are clean and complete with utensils. Near the restaurant’s and near at the attractions in Tagaytay area.
