We are back after 2.8 years COVID break. Takasegawa Suites is located in downtown of Kyoto, overlooking Takase river and very close to two major train lines, super convenient but quiet enough with the gorgeous stream sound. The view of Takase river gives you a relaxing and luxurious time after the long day of sightseeing and shopping. Highlight is gorgeous cherry blossoms view from all the windows in Spring. Takasegawa Suites was designed with plenty of space and comes equipped all your needs.

Cosy house in a small village. Hiking, cycling.

Wheelers Den is a cosy and quiet self contained house in a lovely rural village. Ideal as a base for experiencing authentic village life and exploring Nara, Wazuka and southern Kyoto. Amazing cycling, hiking, temples, 700 year old stone carvings, tea plantations, rice fields and mountains all close. Free rental bikes available. By train Nara is 15 minutes. Iga ninja museum and castle 35 mins. Kyoto 57 mins. Osaka 50 mins. Free parking for one car. A great place for a unique experience of Japan.

Akarisou means ‘Light House’ I chose this name in the hope that this house would be ‘Light’ to my guests In the main bed room, you’ll find a wall decoration made of wooden lattice which is like ‘Sunshine’ There's a free parking lot in front of my house　(max size of the car: 4.5m×2.5m) , super convenient if you travel by car! A primary school is in front of my house so you can enjoy spacious view and nature of school ground from the veranda.
