Mysig husbåt med 2 rum och kök i trendiga området Ringön som ligger bara en hållplats från Skandinaviens största köpcentrum Nordstan. Båten är under konstruktion men insidan är med undantag för några smådetaljer både charmig och fullt beboelig. Dessutom finnes AppleTV Samt lite tv spel för regniga dagar. Uteplats med grill finnes. Varning för fest i området. Då det är en familjebåt turas vi om att sköta uthyrningen lite. Tänk på att bokar rätt antal gäster som kommer. Läs gärna även"annan info"

Lovely boathouse right by and at the sea in a small archipelago village (Skatan). Convenient features such as washing machine, flat screen TV, WiFi and sauna will ensure your stay to be comfortable. The livingroom has a generous table for 10-12 people. The house also has a floor heating system and a fire place. With the nature around the corner there is always something to do. Skiing, skating, golf, fishing, dinners, baths etc. There is a wonderful restaurant in Skatan (open spring/summer).
