In the 18th century, this beautiful single-family house housed three families, one driver and a bakery. Today turned into a residence with several patios, several fireplaces, modern floor plan with well-preserved original features matched with focus on interior details, function and lots of love. 9 rooms, two bathrooms, large cleaning room and large professional kitchen. Sunny and private 2500 sqm garden. We are looking for a discrete family or couple that take good care of our beloved house.

In 2010, the building was given new life and transformed from a ruin into an exclusive private residence in industrial romantic style.
