We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and full of charm. Jenny went above and beyond with all the thoughtful decor touches, which made it feel warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. There was plenty of room for our family, and everything we needed was provided. It’s clear Jenny takes great pride in hosting, and it shows. Highly recommended!

very nice place, in the nature, very quiet, has kitchen, very nice garden, the only thing we were missing was the baby chair but we managed.

The apartment was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and in a great location a short walk from shops and restaurants. It was the perfect base for our family of 4 for our 5 days in Sofia. Our hosts were very accommodating, reaching out to us ahead of time in case we needed anything for our stay and to let us know of local places to check out. Their suggestions of restaurants and local cafes were spot on. We had a rental car and ended up keeping it at the open lot opposite the apartment building on days when we didn’t need it, which was very helpful. A really nice touch was the provision of wine and other consumables which we could enjoy and simply leave money for after our stay. I couldn’t recommend our host Mariyana and Alexander enough. They helped make our stay very enjoyable.

I had an excellent time staying here! Ian was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The home is fairly remote - the nearest shop is about 40 minutes down the mountain, and the hike up can be extremely difficult if you have very heavy luggage, as I did. Ian was so incredibly helpful in getting my baggage up to the house - I cannot thank him enough not only for physically helping me move my things but for making what could have been an arduous trek more like a fun, guided hike. The home is pretty rustic - you need to keep a fire going to heat the shower water - but if you're an avid camper or hiker you won't have any problems. I work online, and the WIFI was excellent throughout my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend some time in the mountains. It's a beautiful location with a friendly, helpful host, and goats! There's also goats, and they're great :)

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Ivans place and it was fabulous. The apartment was spotless and extremely modern and well equipped. Check in was super easy and Ivan supplied a video beforehand, which was a huge help as we arrived about 1am! Just be aware there is no lift and a fair few flights of stairs, which, with heavy suitcases, might be an issue for some. It was fine for us. The apartment is safe and well positioned for seeing the sights. I would definitely return here. Thanks Ivan!

Für Solo Reisende das perfekte Airbnb! Es ist alles da, was man braucht und es ist vor allem sauber. Die Busanbindung ist sehr gut. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen, vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt :)

Top Airbnb-Erfahrung! Die großzügige Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock eines Altbaus, und wurde sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Sie entspricht in allen Punkten dem Inserat. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Die Gastgeber Vas und Denitza haben uns persönlich und sehr herzlich empfangen. Vas war außerdem so freundlich uns beim Tragen unseres Gepäck zu helfen. Der fehlende Fahrstuhl ist vermutlich der einzige Nachteil der Wohnung - ist eben ein Altbau. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, sehr zentral und damit nahezu alles Sehenswerte zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die U-Bahn zum Flughafen sehr nah. Der einzige min. Kritikpunkt betrifft die Ausstattung der Küche. Sie hat noch Luft nach oben. Vas hat sich meine Kritik hierzu jedoch dankbar zu Herzen genommen, und ich bin mir sicher, dass bereits die nächsten Mieter dann auch in dieser Hinsicht bessere Bedingungen vorfinden werden. Kommen gerne wieder, wenn es sich ergeben sollte!
