There are four ski resorts nearby: - Brigels and Obersaxen (10 min each) - Disentis/Sedrun (20 min) - Flims/Laax (25 minutes) The Grisons Oberland offers numerous outdoor activities as well as the thermal baths in Vals for wellness lovers.

Welcome to Flond (Obersaxen/Mundaun), a centrally located village (5 min. from Ilanz) in the Grisons mountains. In summer hikes around the mountains, swimming in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Caumasee, Lake Crestasee) and the perfect place to relax. Mountain biking lovers are also provided, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area are waiting for you and also a cross-country trail is right in the village.

The cozy apartment with balcony and two bedrooms is located in the best location in Casa Postigliun in the center of the monastery village. Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

It is located in the heart of the Surselva and is a good starting point for activities such as hiking, biking and skiing. The Brigels, Laax, Obersaxen and Disentis ski resorts can be reached within 10-20 minutes by car. Thanks to the train station 5 minutes away, Tavanasa is also easily accessible by public transport. In addition, a family-friendly sports field is within walking distance.

This lovingly furnished house with garden and terrace has enough space for a large family, couples or friends up to 9 people. The cozy pine living room with the old soapstone stove and the mountain panorama offers ideal relaxation in the quiet mountain world.
