Within walking distance of historic downtown, the Andy Griffith Museum and Wally's Service station, this bungalow is tucked behind the main house for privacy and quiet. For many years, the property was owned by a local sign maker and this separate building was where he created his signs. Some of his creations are displayed on the exterior.
