House is located 2 miles north of Lake Audubon, 12 miles east of Garrison, 6 miles from Totten Trail, and 3 miles from boat launches. Canoes for rent, plenty of parking, hunting dogs welcome (please call on other pets.) Dogs must be in a kennel in the house. Dogs not allowed in the beds. Currently some exterior grounds construction. We are adding onto the house. Basement is complete.

Incredible lake views and sunsets with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, two bedrooms have queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a twin bunk beds. About 1900 finished square feet and private parking for 8 cars. Very quiet lot with private shoreline.

The house was built in 1912 & we have kept it original with maple hardwood floors throughout & that classic molding. This house is perfect for hunters or fishermen looking to get away with buddies. North Dakota state fair, reunions or family get togethers The house has a very basic kitchen but instead it has a butlers pantry. It is not the taj mahal but it is a cool old place to stay if are looking for the small town feel.

A luxurious sauna features warm wooden paneling, with benches designed for relaxation. Two folded towels are placed neatly on the bench, and ambient lighting enhances the calming environment. Temperature and ventilation controls are located on the wall, contributing to a comfortable experience.

We stayed once and then checked back in after trying another airbnb. Serena's place is great. It feels very homey and has everything you need with lots of extras and thoughtful touches. She was super accommodating for our dogs and allowed us a little extension on our check out time. 10 stars!

I stayed at Brandon’s house for a few days. Really nice and comfortable home in a quiet family neighborhood. Very close to everything you might need in Minot. Will Definitely book again if I’m in town.
