This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

We liked it so much we came back after our cruise. Perfect for relaxing and staying in or going out to the beach. Having 2 bedrooms was ideal with kids!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Our second time staying here, we love it. The place is so spacious, modern, has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. It’s perfect ! Iris is great, very responsive and accommodated all our needs. We are very happy and grateful!

Beautiful, safe, clean with a super convenient location. The building has upgraded security since becoming Lyfe. The elevators were all working and very clean! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this building. It's truly perfect on many levels! We will definitely be back!! We have no complaints at sll to report.

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Miami, and I have to say, the place I stayed in was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I knew this apartment was something special. The panoramic views were absolutely breathtaking, offering an unobstructed view of both the ocean and the city skyline. Waking up every morning to that incredible sunrise over the water was truly magical. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of style and comfort. It was spacious, modern, and filled with light, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior was beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. The living room was cozy yet luxurious, and I spent hours just relaxing, taking in the incredible surroundings. The location was perfect too, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

Ell departamento es tal cual lo describen. La cocina con TODO lo que necesitas, utensilios, platos y copas en gran cantidad. Condimentos y todo tipo de especias, super equipado! El sofá cama lo mejor del Departamento, comodísimo. Lo mejor de todo, las vistas!! impresionante vistas a la bahía! Zona super tranquila, mucha paz, fue especial para nosotros. La comunicación con Yana 100 % desde el inicio, responde de inmediato y fue muy generosa al dejarnos recibir la llave mucho antes de la hora del check in, incluso fue mi hijo a recibirla ya que nosotros llegaríamos tarde por el vuelo. Eso fue un plus! Tres cositas a mejorar: 1 reparar la puerta de vidrio del baño que no cierra. 2. la puerta ventana que da de la habitación al balcón no pudimos abrirla estaba muy dura (pero no nos molestó). 3. No hay jabones para mano ni amenidades para ducha (shampu, crema, y gel de ducha). Quitando esto, merece cada centavo pagado y volveríamos de nuevo a alojarnos ahí. Perfecto!! gracias Yana!

Ben was extremely accommodating and insured we had everything we needed. Everything was smooth. The balcony does face the departure parking lot so make sure to close the blinds or you will see the car lights during the night. But overall great place at a hotel with a vibe.

I had an amazing stay at this wonderful place! Aviv was incredibly flexible and available to us, allowing early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip hassle-free. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with everything that we needed and ideally located in front of the beach. The host's thoughtful hospitality made my experience truly memorable. We had such a wonderful stay at Lewis’s place! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and in a quiet, peaceful area that made it easy to relax and unwind. The place was great. The view is amazing and very easy to get to. The place was equipped with everything you needed for a nice getaway. The communication with Shane and Maru was great. Any questions were answered as soon as they could. They already had a personal preset door code to make things easier to get in. The place looks exactly like the pictures. I would definately recommend Shane and Maru's place if you are ever in the south beach (mid beach) area.
