Vacation rentals in Sunset Beach

Upon arrival I imagined the house being a cute cottage near the beach. However the house is designed very open and felt really big! It also has a huge backyard, so you could bring a pet. The house is maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach and is on a very quiet street. Angela is a phenomenal host who was able to accommodate us for some technical errors that occurred at the house. I will definitely plan my next stay here if the house is available.

This was a perfect house for a beach week with three young kids. The walk to the beach was very easy. It was fantastic to have beach, chairs, toys, and beach towels available. The house was impeccably clean, and has the best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I have ever stayed in. I cook a lot and it had everything I needed. The appliances were high-quality. The outdoor shower was so handy. I highly recommend.

My husband, son, daughter-in-law, and two family dogs had a wonderful weekend stay! The back garden area was perfect for our furry family members, and we felt very secure letting them out to explore. The home itself is lovely and filled with beautiful artwork. You can tell this is a space where tons of beautiful memories have been made. There is lots of space and light inside from both windows and skylights. The location is very close to the main oceanfront street and public beach access areas as well as to town. We loved the screened in back porch as well…perfect for early morning coffee and quiet reflection. The owner was wonderful with communication. We would definitely return to this location and highly recommend for dog owners.

The cottage was absolutely perfect, it felt like home from the moment we walked in. So peaceful and private, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. We especially loved the outdoor shower and the back porch; the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. The fenced-in backyard was a huge plus for our family, and the quiet neighborhood made everything feel calm and restful. The beach was just a short, easy walk away, and the directions provided by the host made it even more enjoyable. There was so much to see and explore along the way , it was a little adventure for both us and the kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thank you 😊

For Starters Lynne IS a Wonderful host! very descriptive information and instructions! She even had a flexible check in time ( meaning it stated 4pm but she let us know immediately when it was available about 3 hrs ahead of time so around 130 ) how convenient.... ! even though it may not be like that every time it was nice she reached out! The home is beautiful inside and out! It literally has everything you need already there except yourself and party lol ALL around Great Experience we will be back if we come back to OIB

so much to write about. the location was perfect, the beds were comfy and so many things their use it really made it easy to stay and be comfortable!

Beautiful home in a gated community, very safe and peaceful. It is tucked away in the back so you have wonderful views of the marsh/ocean and sunrise. Neighbors were friendly. The home was clean and had your basic toiletries for use, lots of towels. The community does have some coyotes so we had to be a bit watchful when walking the dogs but did not have any issues with them. Host was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

This was by far the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The owner thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. So many little extras and perks that weren’t even mentioned in the description. The photos don’t do it justice! The back covered porch is really large and the views from it are wonderful. And the front porch is very spacious also, with nice benches lining the sides that would seat a lot of people. Just a few steps and you’re on the walkway to the beach also! The furniture in the living room, and the beds, are amazingly comfortable. The outdoor shower is really nice - so spacious and clean! The owner is very nice and super responsive. He really does care about you having a nice stay in his lovely home!

This home has everything you need for a relaxing coastal stay. The beautiful deck with Adirondack chairs is perfect for watching the waves and enjoying a cocktail. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials (like a peeler and bottle opener), which made it easy to cook meals for our family of five. The TV setup worked great for a cozy family movie night. We brought our own beach toys and chairs, but it would be a nice touch if the property offered some for guest use. The outdoor shower, easy parking and laundry downstairs completed the package! We only stayed one night but definitely would come back for longer. The beach here is gorgeous!

Judy and Mike were very responsive, very flexible and friendly. The stay was exactly what I hoped for. my daughter and I were able to walk to the beach with ease and even passed the splash pad, park and pickleball courts on the way! The stay was clean, quiet, and cozy, would absolutely stay again, Felt right at home!

Our family felt right at home here! Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and all you need for the beach. Hosts were very responsive and flexible to our needs! This place will be our first pick if we get to come back next year!

Condo was clean and accurately described. Location was good and easy to get to. The grounds of Sea Trail were very clean. Pool area and bathrooms were well maintained and clean

It was a great place to stay with the beach just a short walk away. The views were gorgeous of the sunset right out the back patio. The place was spacious and cozy at the same time… it was great for the family.

We enjoyed cotton patch cottage very much. At the end of the day, our favorite thing to do was sitting on the screened in porch looking at the garden. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Our favorite beach was Sunset Beach which was very close to the cottage. We would recommend Sharkys restaurant on the marsh.

Perfect place for a weekend away. Kate’s place was clean, had easy access to the beach and plenty of things to do around the cottage while it rained. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Carolina Beach area.

Everything was exactly as describe. Nice property, very clean, with zero issues. Caroline was great with communication, very fast to respond to all questions. One step further, I had left clothes in the dryer, realized it after an hour drive home. Caroline told me she would have the clothes mailed out to me. Wonderful host!!

Tim’s place was very cozy, comfortable, and clean. Everything was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Another great weekend at Sherryl’s place and it’s starting to feel like home. Great location with a close walk to the beach, seafood market, breakfast restaurants, and more. We will be back!

I had an amazing stay at this charming cottage home in Myrtle Beach this past weekend! The place was spotless, beautiful and felt incredibly cozy and welcoming. It had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and relaxing outdoor space. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I highly recommend this cottage home to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Myrtle Beach. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
