Honestly one of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed at. Unbelievable views, great location, and friendly hosts.

Staying at this beautiful place has been a highlight of our trip. We didn’t want to leave. The location is a little slice of heaven on earth. Such a special and peaceful place to stay. Thalia is such a thoughtful and gracious host. Hope we are able to return one day.

A fantastic house just by the fjord, very well kept with excellent views. However you will need a car to get to the house as it is out of the city centre but it is really worth the drive to the house to chill out for a few days. The house is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen and a large veranda that overlooks the fjord. Amazing place & I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting Forde. Thank you Eli for sharing your wonderful home with us.

My family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful stay at Leif's house. The house is very comfortable and the lake views are spectacular. I would go back a thousand times.

Thank you for letting us stay at your place! Very nice and well equipped kitchen, a nice living and dining room. Beds were fairly soft but comfortable. But unfortunately the curtains are a bit “too light” for the early and late sunrise/ sunset. Other than that, very nice Airbnb. On the day we stayed, stores closed very early due to a holiday and the host kindly still supplied fire wood! Thank you!

Very nice and welcoming host. Communication went well when I reserved the house on behalf of my colleagues. They enjoyed there and had everything they needed, but it's a shame they had to leave the house earlier than planned. Recommended from us!

Very great place I hope to come back another time

This is a new house. All equipments in the house are brand new. Very spacious. Lot of space. Very big deck. Superb view. The only problem was the approach road. It is a very narrow road (single lane) and it is quite long. Difficult to drive. Another problem was the air conditioning system. You can't set the temperature. If you feel hot, you have to open the window. With open window insects also come inside. And if you feel cold, you have to wear warm clothes. There is no way to make the house warm.

The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. We found the bed comfortable. Furniture and equipment a little older, but well maintained and clean.

Nice and pleasant stay!

This is a very cozy apartment and is perfect for a summer vacation. We came here (Forde) because we had to attend our daughter's graduation at UWC Red Cross Nordic (at Flekke) and this seems to be the closest choice with an hour drive away. Helga's apartment has a lovely living room with good views of nature and mountain. Would highly recommend this place to others!

The condominium is located on a hill, so you have a great view of the valley and the mountains. All rooms are very large. Open kitchen with living room, great terrace with another cozy seating area, large hallway, a bedroom with a walk-in room to deposit your things, a laundry or utility room, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. That's when the heart beats much faster. My wife and I, with a small dog, would have liked to have stayed a few days longer. Simply great! An exclusive recommendation. We would come back back.

Great place to stay! Karoline was quick to respond and helped to facilitate our arrival. Guests had everything they might need for their stay and only had positive things to say about the space. Recommended to others who will be visiting and we would like to come back in the future.

i have stayed in this house for 2 months and it has been a very enriching experience. the nature that surrounds it and the wild animals... it has been like living in a dream. the distribution of the house is great, the location is great and the outdoor space unbeatable. the communication with the owners has also been really good. I would just add a negative point and it is the wifi. there is no wifi in the house and I have had to invest a lot of extra money. in short, thank you annete and bejamin for these months.
