Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children. By the lake wood-fired sauna for rent as well as rowboat & barbecue area you can use. Bed sheets & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked.

Welcome, here you have an affordable accommodation with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, Microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you can park for free in the parking lot that belongs to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included. Like a hotel, but better

Living room with sofa bed, armchair and TV and storage areas. Separate toilet rooms and shower room with washing machine. Access to home gym and large balcony. At the golf course there is a restaurant with rights, as well as a paddle court. Approx. 15 min. drive to central Sundsvall. There is another apartment next door, in case for example, you are a larger group who want to live close to each other.

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a brand new built cottage with high standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There's a cozy plot that you have all to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
