Nice, small basement apartment (30 sqm) in a large house from 2018 in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to Amager beach and metro and 15 minutes by bike to Copenhagen city center. Enjoy a getaway for two adults, possibly plus an extra person. Mattress can be borrowed. The apartment is part of our house, but with its own entrance. We will therefore possibly be home to welcome you and ensure a pleasant stay. The apartment has everything you need; refrigerator, service, oven, microwave, etc. Access to laundry room by appointment.

Close to Nyhavn, Tivoli, Refshaleøen, Christianshavn, old Copenhagen as well as water, beach and recreational areas. From the balcony you can watch the fireworks in Tivoli on Saturday night. There is a large playground with a ball court, sandbox, swings, etc. right next to the building. 8 minutes' walk to the metro station.
