My stay at Habeeb’s went smoothly from beginning to end! Check in was great because he uses an app vs having to type in a code. The space was clean, and looked like the images. The room was very comfortable, private , quiet and clean. I never heard loud noises or anything. You will need to have your own account for streaming services like Hulu, Netflix, etc. to sign in and use them. A bonus to my stay was discovering the walking trail along the lake right outside the side of the house. What a nice bonus! Habeeb has a proactive communication style which i appreciated. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area! Will book again when needed

Mark and his daughter were excellent hosts! Friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and a nice place to stay outside of DC. Metro stop is close by. As an LGBTQ+ solo traveler, I felt welcome and safe at their home. I highly recommend this Airbnb and I would stay with them again!

Beautiful BR w/king size bed,1 block walk to Metro

The host was responsive and attentive and provided just about all of the info we needed during our stay via messages. The place was clean and organized. Though we didnt use them, I appreciated the supplements and pain killers available in the kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The stairs are a bit creeky and hollow to walk on, so I hope we did not disturb the other guest when walking through the house. The streets were mostly quiet with a few people intermittently shouting but nothing accessive and we were able to sleep through the night. The metro is just around the block which was helpful. At night walk with caution as with any city or unfamiliar area. The only downside to this location is that you have to travel about 18 minutes to reach a wawa or other restaurants for food after hours so if you plan to stay here, just make a quick stop at the grocery store for late night cravings 🙂. Overall good experience and would recommend.

Blasco is the best host ever. He is very welcoming. He is always around the house in case you wanna talk to him in person. He is 100% ready to help. He is also so quick responding to text, which I liked a lot. The place is a guest house with private bathrooms and nice rooms. I would say, the price is very convenient for this place. Check in instructions are so clear, and everything is really smooth. I would definetly go back to this place.
