Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Old Town right outside the door | Danube, boats visible from the window

Located in the heart of the old town, yet offering a bright, open retreat above the rooftops of Passau. While life is bustling below, you can enjoy the loft-style apartment, light, space and the view of the countryside above. Everything for everyday life (in-house bakery), cafes, snack bars, restaurants in the area. The Danube, the promenade, and the boat dock are just a few steps away. Convenient arrival: Flexible check-in, key box. Short-term parking for unloading is possible right in front of the house. Parking in the vicinity.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Tiny House Bizingroff - klid, příroda a design na jednom místě. Hledáte místo, kde na chvíli zpomalíte? Náš Tiny House je útulný, moderní domeček v přírodě, obklopen lesy a rybníky. Čeká vás minimalistický, ale promyšlený interiér a soukromé wellness v podobě vířivky a sauny (sauna není zahrnuta v ceně). Domeček je pro všechny, kdo milují klid, přírodu a chtějí si dopřát víc, než jen přespání. Je to zážitek, kde zpomalíte, načerpáte energii a odvezete si domů vzpomínky, na které se nezapomíná.

Toto jedinečné útulné rodinné studio je ukryté v samém srdci historického centra Českého Krumlova. Situované je v přízemí autentického domu z 16. století. Interiér je zcela nově zrekonstruovaný s důrazem na detail, pohodlí a funkčnost. Dominantou studia je prostorná a mimořádně pohodlná postel s kvalitní matrací, která zaručí dokonalý odpočinek po dni stráveném objevováním města. K dispozici je také plně vybavená kuchyň, ideální pro všechny, kdo si chtějí dopřát domácí vaření i na cestách.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Užijte si pobyt v klidném prostředí naší maringotky se včelkami, obklopeni nádhernou přírodou na okraji CHKO Brdy a relaxujte v naší soukromé sauně. Nádherná krajina v okolí pod maringotkou se přezdívá "Pod rybníčky". V těsné blízkosti uvidíte pole, rozlehlé louky a lesy. Velká dominanta krajiny jsou kamenné stěny z nedalekého lomu, který určitě stojí za návštěvu. Západně od maringotky se nachází prostor starého zemědělského družstva, které má nádech tajuplna.

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping spaces.
