Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014.
