We really enjoyed staying here and are very grateful for the kind hospitality - from responsiveness, clear instructions by messages and within the house, the kid-friendly feel of the house (bunkbeds, Lego area, trampoline, nearby playground), clean and organized rooms (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms). We were grateful for having two bathrooms. We really appreciated the little folder with all instructions and local recommendations. We would gladly come again if we are in the area, and highly recommend the home to anyone who wants a little peace and quiet in an idyllic yet modern setting.

This isn’t your typical hotel or tourist apartment, rather an actively “lived-in” home with immediate family history and vibes. It felt cozy, clean and right at-home, compelling to take care of it like our own. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, overseeing the last of Alesund islands, glimpsing into the Atlantic. We’ve enjoyed every moment of our stay, thanks for having us!

La vue sur les fjords avec la météo qui change tout le temps est extraordinaire. La maison est très bien équipée. Ingeborg nous avait laissé de gentilles attentions, et un gps avec des randonnées pré enregistrées. Je recommande l’ile de Gødoya. La vue du sommet est à couper le souffle !

Johannes’s house is a cozy and stylish home with a stunning view of the fjord and mountains. The house and area was a fantastic place for our family with local hiking and fishing spots just steps away. Johannes kindly shared local highlights for us to see and was a fantastic and welcoming host.

Veldig hyggelig vært og koselig leilighet. Den har super belligenhet hvis man ønsker å besøke Ålesund og omegn, kan anbefales.

Ruim appartement met een prachtig uitzicht. Ongeveer 15 minuten rijden van het centrum van Ålesund . Absoluut een aanrader!

Wonderful place fairly close to Ålesund, awesome location and very good accomodations! He even left a welcoming gift (soda and some chocolate with a hand-written note) 😍 Also had a small garage to park a car (very small, owners of big cars beware! Some caution is required😅👋) All in all, a wonderful place to stay!

zeer mooie flat, rustig gelegen op ongeveer 10 km van Alesund. Parkeren aan het gebouw en vooral het uitzicht op de fjord was fantastisch.

Vi booker to netter i forbindelse med konfirmasjon. Superfornøyd! Nyoppusset og pent innredet leilighet med alt vi trengte for tre voksne og et barn under to år. Ikke noe støy fra leiligheten over, enkelt å parkere ved inngangen og muligheten til å sitte ute. Anbefales⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Estupendo! Pasamos de camino a Alesund, el apartamento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia larga o corta agradable.

La anfitriona encantadora, muy atenta por si necesitábamos algo. Nos recibió con una nota de bienvenida y un chocolate . Todo muy limpio, ordenado y espacioso. La casa tiene unos ventanales que nos brindaron unas vistas inmejorables. Todo super cómodo y muy tranquilo. La verdad es que disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia aquí. La recomiendo 100%. Volveremos seguro.

Der Aufenthalt bei Andrea war wirklich klasse. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos und es war wirklich alles sehr sauber. Es gab zum Check in klare Anweisungen und alles war gut beschrieben. Es standen sogar frischen Rosen auf dem Tisch und es gab ein paar Snacks zu Ankunft. Die Lage war auch sehr schön etwas abseits der riesigen Touristen Mengen von Alesund aber dennoch schnell zu erreichen.

Robert's place is very nice - it's a separate flat in a larger family house, with separate entrance from the garden. Located in a very calm, quiet residential area, with a supermarket and bus stops to and from Alesund center very close. The apartment has a kitchen/living room, a bedroom with big, comfy bed and a bathroom. All the amenities are there - electric kettle, microwave, oven, even a washing machine which is useful for those staying for longer. The apartment is well kept and clean. There is a small, quiet garden outside, with a bench! Great for evening relaxation. Communication with Robert is excellent, he responds very quickly and in a very friendly manner. In short, we loved his place and I think we were lucky that it was available for our stay.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our stay in Ålesund. The apartment had a great view of the water and the setting sun. It was conveniently located to many restaurants, downtown, and to the hike to Aksla. It was clean and quiet. We really appreciated being able to use the washer. Elisabeth was very prompt in communication. She even texted when the apartment was ready so we were able to check in a little early. We recommend Elisabeth’s apartment to anyone considering it.

Fin, ren og hyggelig lejlighed med perfekt og rolig placering midt i Ålesund by og god kommunikation med Odd Eivind. Jeg har nydt at bo i lejligheden og vender helt sikkert tilbage.

Vi hadde et veldig godt opphold her! Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte – den var ren, sentral, og lå i et rolig område. Det var også veldig praktisk med parkering i kjelleren og lading til el-bil. Ekstra pluss for brettspill og kort vei til butikk! Det oppsto et uforutsett problem under oppholdet, som var utenfor noens kontroll, men verten håndterte situasjonen raskt og løste det på en måte som kom alle til gode. Kommunikasjonen med verten var god gjennom hele oppholdet. Anbefaler absolutt dette stedet videre!

Of the several AirBnBs we stayed at on our Norway trip, this was by far the best. Highly recommend.

We only spent one night at Pawel's apartment but enjoyed our stay. The apartment is rather small but still offers more than enough space for two people. It is located between Aksla and the city in a rather quiet neighborhood. You can enjoy nice views from the terrace and are still in the city center within 10 minutes by car. Communication with Pawel was always friendly and seamless.
