The renovation and decoration were designed by an architect and interior designer, for comfort and convenience for guests. The neighborhood is known as a safe residential area, where it is possible to stay in a quiet environment and at the same time close, 2 km from the Pão de Açucar Cable Car Station and 4 km from Copacabana beach.
