My apartment in the Geteviertel is 125 sqm over 2 floors on the raised ground floor and basement of a typical old Bremen house. The guest bedroom (1.60 m bed) is located in the quiet basement to the garden with small Terrace. There is also a shower room here. In the upper area are a living room with TV, kitchen and dining room (also with TV) with an upper terrace to the garden with old trees. The guest toilet can also be used. Baker, Bus and train station (8 min. to the main station) are 300 m away.

From the courtyard with the parking space you can access the furnished terrace (20 m²) barrier-free via the ramp and from there to the ground floor (56 m²) with fully equipped kitchen, the dining and living area with sofa bed (1.40 x 2.0 m lying surface).
