Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. A church nearby, but inside you can't hear anything from it, from midnight it no longer rings. Exclusive studio in the heart of Bern, right on the Aare in the immediate vicinity of Bern's old town. Ideally located for exploring historic old town, jogging, or strolling along the river. The modern and generously equipped studio with a fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. For musicians: Piano (Petrof grand piano) can be used from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Bus stop, attractions, restaurants and bars can be reached in a few minutes of walking distance.

Our farmhouse studio is located in the former barn, a traditional timber-framed building. Access is given via a wooden staircase (not wheelchair accessible). The farmhouse studio includes a double room, a spacious bathroom with shower and a spacious and cozy kitchen. Good to know: The kitchen and bathroom are part of the event rooms that we rent out when we are not hosting AirBnb guests. The event room is not accessible to AirBnb guests.

Our house is located in the centre of Kallnach, a well-kept village in the region of the Three Lakes. The bright and friendly flat for exclusive use is on the top floor. The flat has a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony. There are three restaurants and a small supermarket (7/7) in the village. The train station is 650m from the house.
