Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Stuttgart-Mitte

This apartment is fantastic! It has everything I needed for a week in Stuttgart. A fully-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!), peaceful outdoor seating area, separate bedroom and access to a washer AND dryer, the latter of which is rare in my European Airbnb experience. You can walk to the U-Bahn in under 5 minutes, and be at the main train station or the airport in 20-30 minutes. There is a large supermarket maybe 5 minutes away by foot. Parking on the street is not too difficult if you have a car, which I did for part of my stay. Almut is a great host. I would definitely stay here again.

Very neat and clean, no clutter. But still with everything I needed in the kitchen... I will 100% stay here again in the future.

I like the small room. Inside have everything what I need. I feel very safe when I spent some nights inside. It’s a good room .

Apartment that I can only recommend, both for its own amenities, and for the great possibilities it offers, its proximity to the S-Bahn to discover Stuttgart and its beautiful surroundings, as well as for hiking around Oberreichen.

This was one of our favorite stays on our entire trip — Steffen’s apartment truly exceeded expectations. In fact, the apartment looks even better in person than in the photos! It’s spacious, filled with natural light from both sides, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We especially loved the thoughtful layout, the dedicated office room (a rare and welcome feature), and the calming, beautifully styled decor. You can tell a lot of thought and love has gone into designing this place. Every detail, from the decor to the layout, feels intentional and welcoming. Communication with Steffen was smooth, and on check-out we had the pleasure of meeting his kind and friendly mom. A couple of things to note: the projector is a nice touch, but a standard TV might be more practical. A microwave and in-unit washer would also add convenience. Still, these were minor things in an otherwise exceptional stay. Highly recommended — we’d love to return!

A lovely stay with easy access to the city centre. Yvonne’s place was clean and stylishly designed. The stairs are a bit of a killer tho 🤣.

The apartment is beautiful. And especially clean. We felt right at home. The best thing is the location of the apartment, Close to the city and the train station is also nearby. For us, the best thing was that the shared apartment of my daughter we visited is only 2 minutes away. We were completely satisfied! We'd love to come back!

Super equipped accommodation. Check in easily. Stay very relaxed thanks to a quiet residential area. For the bed, I would take my own pillow next time, it was a little hard. Laundry and everything was great! Apartment very clean. I can fully recommend the apartment and Alice as a host.

Good and calm place.

Steffen is a great host. Super communicative and responsive. Answered every question almost right away. When we needed something he came in less than 15 min. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was a great fit for our family of 5 adults. The living area and kitchen were well equipped and we had great breakfasts at the big dinning table.

Everything is great, as always! Small criticism of bedrooms on the upper floor: there were hardly any ways to hang clothes here. We will be happy to come back

We had a great stay. The house is charming, clean, and comfortable. The keypad is easy. All of the amenities were great and new. The place has 2 toilets and 1 shower. We could have used another shower for our 7 guests, but it was fine. It's a very comfortable and clean house. It's walkable to a train station. Now that I better understand Stuttgart, I would have rented a car. The house has parking. But it's also very close to a train station.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. Thanks, definitely my favorite Airbnb bookings to date! Thanks!

I loved staying at this central apartment. It us a very quiet area and also a very quiet building, so I slept really well.

Very clean; a bit difficult to find but the host was very reactive and helpful.

Alain’s place was fabulous, can’t say enough about it, it’s better than the photos. And all communication was fast and clear, checkin was smooth. Overall a great experience.

Unfortunately, we could only stay one night, but were very positively impressed by the small apartment. We would have liked to have spent more time there! Valeria is really super nice and just thinks of everything! We will definitely recommend this place. Thank you again to Valeria!

Very sweet and lovingly furnished apartment in a great location – very close to the subway and super connected to the city center as well as the Porsche and Mercedes museums. The area is tranquil and charming. The apartment was very clean on arrival and it really had everything you could need in everyday life – even a few sweet little things to welcome us, which made us very happy! Check-in was straightforward, communication with the host super pleasant. We didn't have to contact him because everything was perfect, but he let us know beforehand in a very friendly way that he is always available if anything should happen. We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the apartment and the host! ❤️

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. Everything that we needed from washing machine, and iron to tea, coffee, bathroom items and so on was readily available. This place was perfect for my partner and I who were visiting friends in the area for a wedding. A generously spacious flat perfect for 2 people. There are tones of coffee shops in the area, great location and easily accessible. Next time we are visiting we know where we’ll be staying!

beautiful apartment for a short stay if you don't want/have to be in the middle of the city, but still with good connection. except for 2-3 little things everything was in the best order and Ulrike always responded and offered her help:)
