We offer a quiet, furnished one-room self-contained apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 3 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient transport connection directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

The apartment is ideally suited for couples, solo travelers or good friends. It consists of a room with a double bed, a living and dining area, a new bathroom and a sunny balcony. The apartment is renovated, modern and well equipped. From the quiet residential area you can walk to the lake in 10 minutes, to the train station in 15 minutes and can therefore be ideally used as a starting point for any activities (e.g. with the Hochschwarzwald Card). The High Black Forest Card is included.

The tranquil and hospitable Lausheim, with its proximity to Wutach Gorge, Feldberg, Schluchsee and Titisee, offers an ideal starting point for great hiking and cycling tours. Many family-friendly excursion destinations such as leisure pools and parks, as well as the historic Sauschwänzlebahn, are within easy reach. A trip to Switzerland is just as worthwhile as a detour to Lake Constance.

Start your hikes right outside the door on the Westweg, or mountain bike tour through the Black Forest. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30min. To Basel, France is 45 minutes away, Freiburg an hour. Feldberg 45 minutes. Attention: Swimming pool Schweigmatt only for club members.
