We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

Spacious apartment with an absolutely unique location "in the centre of the centre" - at the beginning of the spa colonnade and near Masaryk Street, on which and in its surroundings are many good and affordable restaurants, bars, shops, etc. All rooms have views of Sadová kolonáda (the Park Colonnade) and the Thermal Hotel. The upper rooms have air conditioning. Kitchen is fully equipped. One free parking spot in the garage approx. 50 m from the apartment. Suitable for couples and families.

Leží mezi Rybničnou a Pilou na Karlovarsku. Dřevěná chata má krbová kamna a základní vybavení. Po žebříku se dostanete do podkroví odkud můžete sledovat divoká zvířata a potok a krajinu. Před chatou je ohniště, lavičky a kamenná pec a potok. V chatě najdete vše pro zabavení se, pozorování lesa a napojení se na přírodu.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped nothing is really missing. The location is also great: The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, at the same time the center is not far away and easily accessible. Perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area! All in all, a perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation. We'll come gladly come back and can only highly recommend this apartment!

We had a very nice time in Karlsbad. The apartment is well appointed and very well located. The city center and the thermal baths can be reached quickly. Only the street is sometimes a bit noisy.
