Ali’s house is a beautiful traditional Turkish Cypriot home. Everything was clean and homely, and from a bygone era , really special . There is a beautiful lemon tree with shade in the garden - very restful and a front garden to sit and have breakfast in the morning sun. The house is 10-15 walk from the old town and it’s nice to be some where near the old town but quieter . Ali is kind and helpful and brought us a delicious home made Turkish Cypriot food on our last day , I would definitely stay here again , it’s not a modern house but a homely restful house , thank you Ali

We are so happy with our stay. This house was something incredibly special in Cyprus- a perfect blend of traditional historic Cypriot and modern. We had great relations communicating with the lovely property manager Panayotis. Would definitely stay again!

I have just spent the best part of two weeks using Lenos’ quiet garden as my office. If you want a spacious, meticulously clean place in the heart of the walled city, look no further. Lenos and his girlfriend Lisa are charming and supporting hosts who have become friends. There are two cats living there as well. I am usually not a fan of cats, but the two are well behaved and a delight to have around.

We had a wonderful long stay at this property. The place is spacious, well-equipped and perfectly located, with all amenities and shops just a short walk away. We stayed as a young family and found it comfortable and convenient. The host was incredibly helpful—he took our feedback and suggestions on board and promptly made the necessary adjustments to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible as a young family. We’d be happy to stay here again. 😊

What a beautiful place to stay!! We’ve lived in TRNC so know the island well. The villa is tucked away and the beautiful large garden makes it feel like there is nobody for miles although there are neighbours and it is about 5 minutes from the local villages and the main supermarket. We felt at home immediately. The villa is well equipped and decorated in a traditional style in keeping with the design. It feels like a home which makes you feel that you are comfortable to use things and instantly relaxed. We went 2 families together and because of the space and various areas to use, we had adequate space to spread out and grab 5 minutes to ourselves if needed but also plenty of room to dine and sit together. It was extremely hot when we were there so the fans on the downstairs terrace were a godsend and the bedrooms stay lovely and cool throughout the day after running the a/c overnight thanks to the thick stone walls and shutters. Sharon and Kristina are both great too!!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa She Ruz in Bellapais. Having stayed in Northern Cyprus many many times and experienced a number of villas, this location was absolutely perfect. With so much development and construction happening across North Cyprus, to find this villa with the peace and tranquillity it provides was perfect. The villa far exceeds the pictures, the pool is in the sun all day and the views are amazing. Oya was a great host arranging transfers and hire car. She responded quickly to all questions and we felt in safe hands. We are already looking at dates for next year.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

L'appartement est très confortable et parfaitement aménagé. L'immeuble est très calme et est situé à une demi-heure à pied de la vieille ville. La cuisine est agréable mais est franchement sous-dotée en ustensiles de cuisine. Il n'est pas facile de se faire de bons petits plats. Autre remarque, à notre arrivée nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir que le logement que l'on nous avait attribué ne comportait qu'une chambre au lieu de deux conformément à la réservation. Il a fallu téléphoner pour obtenir satisfaction. Heureusement, des appartements avec deux chambres étaient disponibles.

Our time here was fantastic! This home was our oasis between the day-trips we took around the Larnaca and Ayia Napa regions. For us, this location was a good midpoint between Cavo Greco (30 minute drive), places in Larnaca (10 minute drives), and the airport (15 minute drive). We came back to this home after our daytime adventures and enjoyed hot showers with good water pressure. After we got cleaned up, there were multiple excellent dining options within a short walk... and a good ice cream shop, too. My daughter enjoyed soaking up the remaining sunshine while reading a book on the patio. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location, quiet and very nice apartment. It had everything we needed for this two days! Only thing that was missing was a veranda.

This was the perfect spot to relax and catch up after travelling for the last four months and before our long adventures home. Quiet, cool, comfortable for a great nights sleep. Well equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals, and the large deck with the jacuzzi was just perfect for relaxing with in the sun, or shade, catching the sun go down. We also really appreciated the super flexible check-in and check out times. Along with being within easy walking distance to everything you need, it’s a great stay if you want home away from home.

We loved our time stay in this beautiful villa. It was pure luxury. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We loved that each bedroom has it own bathroom attached. The garden and pool area are stunning and perfect to sit and relax while taking in the gorgeous view of the mountain range that changes with the light throughout the day. The villa is located in a quiet street but still walking distance to cafes, restaurants and a small supermarket. If you have a car take the time to explore the area as there are many historical sites, villages and wonderful beaches. High recommend staying here.

Evi bulma konusunda sorun yaşasam da ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. Ev çok temiz düzenli ve huzurluydu. Manzarası çok güzeldi. Mutfakta ihtiyaç duyacağımız her şey mevcuttu. Banyo, havlular, çarşaflar tertemizdi. Ancak havuz biraz daha temiz ve bakımlı olabilirdi, özellikte taban kısmı. Konforlu, huzurlu bir tatil için çok güzel bir tercihti. Bahçeye sık sık uğrayan siyah kediyi beslemeyi unutmayın. 💕

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! It was perfect for our family getaway. The villa itself is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. There were so many entertainment options to keep everyone happy. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and comfortable holiday. We’d love to come back! 🥰

Şimdiye kadar kaldığım en iyi evlerden biriydi. Konumu, sessizliği, mimarisi ve evin sunduğu olanaklar gerçekten harikaydı. Ev sahibine neredeyse 7/24 ulaşabiliyorsunuz, bu da büyük bir avantaj. Sadece bir banyoda sıcak su problemi ve WC’deki musluk arızası dışında her şey çok iyiydi. Genel olarak bu eve puanım 9

Kesinlikle çok çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle Berke Beyin ilgisi çok güzeldi. Sabah bize bahçesinden topladığı organik kayısı ve nektarın ikram etti. Çok memnun kaldık mutlaka tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir mekan 🥰🥰🥰

It was our third time we stayed at Charalambos’s place. Charalambos made some improvements/renovation since last time we stayed there. So it was really pleasure to spend several nights at the peaceful lovely place. Looking forward to back again!
