Appartamento articolato in ampio spazio con sala da pranzo, salotto e cucina. Grande tavolo che può essere usato come scrivania, ampia cucina, angolo divani con TV. Si gode di una bella vista dello spazio verde del giardino. Sopra un soppalco con travi a vista: uno spazio relax con divano letto due posti che diventa un letto molto confortevole. Un corridoio conduce alla camera da letto, con letto francese e il balconcino con vista sul lago e un bel tavolino. Accanto c'è il bagno con doccia.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Apartment Fiorella is located up in the hills above Stresa (about 250 m) and has panoramic views over Lake Maggiore. It is surrounded by a large garden and is only 1 km (5 minutes in the car, 10 minutes on foot) from the bustling town centre of Stresa. The location is very peaceful and quiet. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The price quoted is for 2 people; for each extra person, it is an extra 20 Euros per day. For a dog, it is an extra 10 Euros per day, both plus airbnb charges.

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

Casa Verbena

"... se non son matti, non li vogliamo...". Ci troviamo in una via remota e tranquilla della Frazione Mombello di Laveno, a 3 Km dal lago, ma lo dominiamo dalla collina con una bellissima vista. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente. Dal 1 di aprile 2023 è entrata in vigore " la tassa di soggiorno". Il costo è di euro 1,50 (a notte, per persona) per un massimo di 7 giorni. Sono esclusi i minori di 14 anni.
