Frequent buses right in front of house, bring you to time square in 30 minutes! Simple private studio apartment with free garage parking (only fit small and midsized car/SUV. Can not use car after parking. Must arrive before 3pm and check out at 10am) all the basics you need to visit the big apple. Step outside of the house, you will have amazing manhattan skyline views. To benefit family of 4, we had two twin beds will set up for the 3rd and 4th guests to use only. Not fit for light sleepers.

Nearest subway is 3 1/2 blocks away at 72nd Street & Broadway. You’ll love my place because of easy and direct access to your room, the room itself, fine furniture including a playable piano, daylight, nearby park and waterfront and convenient shopping and entertainment.

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.
