Cabin vacation rentals in Stratton

5 out of 5 stars. Used this as an opportunity to get away with my pregnant wife, and we were not disappointed. In fact, we wished that we had booked at least another night or two! The pictures for the listing were great, but we felt the cabin looked even better in person. It was clean, homey, and had everything you needed for a usable kitchen. Lasse’s detailed amenities listing and clear directions in the cabin (like how to properly use the hot tub) far exceeded our expectations. I don’t have one negative thing to say. We are already planning to book for next summer!

The perfect place for our family’s ski trip. The cabin is exactly what you picture for a winter VT trip. Charming log cabin with a wood burning stove, but with all the modern comforts. We were only 5 minutes from Okemo and the hot tub was amazing after long ski days. Locked ski locker on the porch was convenient. Great kitchen so we could cook breakfast and hit the slopes early. The host gave clear instructions and lots of helpful recommendations - very friendly and quick to respond. Fire wood and log starters made the cabin cozy at night. Despite all the snow, the driveway was well plowed. It’s a quiet dead end road without traffic. We will definitely be back!

I was looking for a stay at a quintessential Vermont cabin with modern amenities and this fit the bill perfectly! It was cute, tastefully decorated, private, and had great amenities. Definitely pay attention to their directions regarding saving information and instructions before leaving cell service because cell service disappears. The cabin was private and located in a serene area, but only 20 minutes from Manchester and an easy drive from Bennington or White River Junction (we did both). HIGHLY recommend both location and hosts! Host was even kind enough to invite us to a local concert.

The cabin was lovely! We went for a little weekend getaway with some friends and it is a great space for such an occasion. There is a surprising amount of space in and around the house and we didn't even use the three season porch. The hosts were also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely a cute little home away from home!

Michelle's Hilltop Cabin in Chesterfield, MA, is a wonderful place. Nestled in the Berkshire woods, but close to the road, and not far from civilization, this place has all the best western Massachusetts has to offer. 11 miles (15 minutes) to Snow Farm (Williamsburg) 17 miles (28 minutes) to downtown Northampton 23 miles (36 minutes) to UMass Amherst 31 miles (44 minutes) to Mass MOCA (North Adams) 32 miles (51 minutes) to Tanglewood (Lenox) The Hilltop Cabin is best for 2-3 people, but Michelle has several other rentals at the same address. See if she has openings to suit your party on your dates. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing, beautiful, comfortable, designed with every detail thoughtfully curated. Welcoming, incredibly spacious, calming… all while listening to the rushing waters of the river. You will not be disappointed. In fact, your expectations may well be exceeded. Thank you 🙏🏽.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. The views from the home and the surrounding area were amazing and we found ourselves just slowing down a lot on our drive there to take it all in. Our favorite parts were the hot tub which was so relaxing especially with the backdrop of nature behind us and the amazing kitchen where we cooked all of our meals each day. Most things were around 20 minutes out so it was a very stay at home stay so we really appreciated the effort they made at making the home the main attraction. The host was very communicate and helped solve a minor issue we had right away which was a great experience. Our least favorite part was having to leave! Overall we look forward to coming back again in the future to such a cozy home.

John was an amazing host. Everything was like the pictures. He had binders with things to do around the area, which was amazing. He had trail maps and board games. The sauna and hot tub were both great and well maintained. Would definitely recommend for any family for a relaxing time. The loft was a nice little hiding spot. Plus it was only a 12 minute drive to Jamaica State Park with amazing views and right down the street from Stratton Mountain. I will definitely be booking this again!!!! It was an absolutely amazing weekend with an absolutely huge outdoor fire pit for the whole family!! The kitchen has everything you need just bring food. Towels and sheets are included as well and an absolutely beautiful view from the dining room table!!

Our weekend stay at the cabin was exactly what we hoped for. Denis’s place had everything for a comfortable yet low key weekend. He was very communicative, friendly and helpful before and during our stay. The location was quiet and beautiful but also close to town. We hope to stay again next time we’re in Brattleboro!

We had a wonderful stay at Ali and Carson’s cabin! They were incredibly helpful and welcoming hosts. The Mountain View from the cabin is absolutely stunning, even with the rainy weather, it was breathtaking. We also enjoyed exploring the charming nearby towns, and our two dogs had a great time as well. Despite the rain, we loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back when the weather is better. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Molly's cabin. We were looking for a quiet stay and we had that. Lots of walking and hiking. The cabin was just as described snd Molly was a fantastic host. Thank you Molly!

Great spot for a weekend getaway! I’ve been coming to this lake almost my whole life and was glad to have a space to myself for the weekend. Home was comfortable and well stocked.

The cabin was the perfect first destination for our New England trip!

Truly unlike anywhere I’ve ever stayed. I can’t recommend this home enough. The pictures do not do the property justice. You will not regret staying here!

We booked our trip day of to take a long weekend out of the city and I could not stress how perfect it was! We have two kids under 7 and the property provided so much space and safety to run around. On the days it rained, we enjoyed the patio area (with a huge tv). The creek in the back lended us hours of entertainment for our kids and finding the “surprise waterfall” to the left was very exciting! Brianna was available to answer any question we had within minutes. Although we could have stayed at the property the entire time, we tried out some places from the suggested list Brianna left. June Farms was great and the Towne Tavern had amazing wings. We’re excited to come back and sit on the patio during winter months! (They have a heater too!) 10/10 experience

We had a wonderful stay. We weren't at the cabin much during the day as we were out and about, but when we were there it was peaceful and great. We loved visits from the very friendly dogs. We also had some fun walking around the ponds and kayaking in them. The instructions to arrive at the cabin we very clearance easy to find. I would recommend this cabin!

They definitely have put a lot of thought in supplying everything you can think of needing in an Airbnb. It was unexpected but well appreciated. The home was very cozy and clean. The only suggestion I have is that the bathroom showers and floors could use an update. Otherwise, my family enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again if we can. We truly loved staying in this beautiful, cozy cabin. It was just the right size for the two of us, and very comfortable. The view of trees and wildflowers was lovely and refreshing. It was also fun to have a couple of cats walk across the porch each day! Joel was very proactive and friendly, which we greatly appreciated.

Cozy, warm, and spacious for relaxing after a day outside, playing games, or sharing a meal. Exactly as pictured and clear instructions.

Highly recommend Brian’s off grid cabin! His directions were very helpful and made navigating the generator, camp shower, and other on-site details super easy to understand and execute. His property is beautiful and peaceful. We’re already looking at our calendars for another time to visit. Our dog, Stumpy, very much enjoyed the outdoor access and pond. He didn’t want to leave!

Ideal cabin in the woods for a secluded forest getaway - well stocked kitchen, and the outhouse is 10/10. Very responsive and helpful!

What a great stay! Srini was very accommodating prior to our arrival and was always quick to respond. This home is a perfect in between to Stratton and Mt Snow which served our group well. Cozy doesn’t begin to describe the living areas and the garage was a great addition at night. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone considering it. Can’t wait to visit again!

Will definitely be staying at Tara & Anthony’s place again in the future if we can! A fair price and close to the major ski mountains nearby. Comfortably fit 6 of us and was well set up and clean. Responsive hosts and lots of kitchen implements that enabled us to cook full meals. Great place!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jana’s place. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late at our convenience — which made our trip all the more relaxing. Communication with her was smooth, clear, and effortless from start to finish. The home itself is one of the cleanest, most comfortable, and most thoughtfully designed places we’ve ever stayed. Everything felt fresh and sophisticated — from the brand-new appliances to the high-quality bedsheets and spotless, carpet-free floors. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable — one of the best we’ve ever slept on — and Jana even provided backup toiletries, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by greenery and nature — a perfect retreat. We left feeling deeply rested and extraordinarily happy.
