Supermärkte sind ganz schnell erreichbar, der Wallersee in Sichtweite. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Baden und Wandern und um Salzburg zu erkunden. Auch das Salzkammergut , Hallstatt und der Königssee sind schnell zu erreichen.

Der Bus fährt durch die schönsten Teile von Salzburg : Schloß Hellbrunn, Zoo Anif, Untersberg mit der Untersbergbahn. Außerdem ist die Schokoladenfabrik, die Schellenberger Eishöhle, das Waldbad Anif und die Königsseeache nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Lage ist die optimale Kombination für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber.
