The very small, but very rustic and cozy holiday house Paula has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping floor, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut building, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed change in the season, basically 3 p.m. Check-in time, 10 a.m. Check-out time, of course, it is also more relaxed by appointment! No pets, there are extra costs for bedding and electricity (in winter).

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with views over the rooftops. Theatre, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its brick-style gable houses around the corner, the Pomeranian State Museum too. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, animals are unfortunately not welcome. There is no smoking in the apartment.

One car parking space is available. The apartment is for max. 4 Pax and here you can enjoy a view on the Bodden. The house has a sauna and the firewood is not included in the cost. The Zingst dyke farm, a holiday idyll on the Darss, between the Baltic Sea and Bodden. The half-timbered property, with its meadows, forests and proximity to the water, is the perfect place to unwind and unwind. Children are particularly pleased with the great freedom of movement. Only a few steps across the farm lead to the dike with the inland waters behind it, the Bodden. Here we offer sailors and anglers the use of our small harbour.

There are two free parking spaces directly in front of the entrance door.  The location of the apartment is very central, so you can reach the shopping street with shops, restaurants or bakeries in a few minutes. The beach and the sea are also within walking distance.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
